Welcome to our Lake Cliffe condo! This condo is brand new to the vacation rental market and has been totally renovated from top to bottom.


There are a lot of reasons why we think you would love your stay in this condo, but here are the top three:

1) THE LOCATION & THE VIEW: Our building in the Lake Cliffe complex sits next to LaBonte Street, and is across the street from the famous Araphaoe Cafe & Pub and one block from Pug Ryan's Brewery, two of the most popular restaurants in Dillon. Additionally, the building is across the street from the Amphitheater. If you didn't want to go down to the amphitheater to attend one of the many FREE concerts during the summer, you'll be able to enjoy the music and watching the dancing crowd from the comfort of the balcony. (We had prime fireworks viewing from the balcony this was awesome!)

The view from the balcony is breathtaking and is one of the main reasons why we chose this condo. Enjoy the comfortable seating on the balcony or dine al fresco while soaking in the view of the lake and the sailboats, paddle-boarders and kayakers in the summer. In the winter time you can watch the adventurous kite-boarders sail across the frozen lake. And at night, star-gazing is breathtaking!

2) SPACIOUS: At 1017 square feet it is one of the larger condos that we viewed during our property search (and the other main reason why we bought this condo.) Compare this to the average square footage of most 2 bedroom/2 bathroom condos in Dillon (700 - 900 square feet.)

3) TOTALLY RENOVATED: We have renovated almost every square inch of this condo since we purchased it in the fall of 2015. Here is a short list of the changes we have made:

*All new flooring (tile in the hallway & bathrooms, hardwood in the kitchen & dining area and new carpet in the living area & both bedrooms.)

*Custom knotty alderwood cabinets and trim throughout the condo

*All new textured walls & fresh paint

*New gas fireplace in living area

*New fully-stocked kitchen (granite countertops, stainless-steel appliances, Williams & Sonoma dinnerware, Calphalon & All-Clad pots & pans, crock pot, blender, coffee maker, mixer, toaster, etc.)

*Brand new furniture throughout, including a king bed in the master bedroom & queen bed in the guest bedroom

*New Pottery Barn 700 count bedding in both bedrooms & fluffy new bath towels, wash cloths & hand towels.

*New flat-screen TVs (Large HD TV in living area, HD TV in master bedroom and a TV in the guest bedroom)

*New full-sized front-loading washing machine & dryer

*Gorgeous tile work in both bathrooms

*Master bathroom features a large walk-in shower with frameless glass doors

The condo sleeps up to 4 people comfortably. It also features an equipment closet on the front porch which allows convenient storage for skis, poles, snowboards, boots, etc. Bikes can be locked on the ground level underneath the stairwell.

The Lake Cliffe complex also has a clubhouse which contains an indoor swimming pool and two hot tubs available to guests year-round.

Our target audience is the discerning traveler who prefers to stay in quality accommodations and who appreciates the adage 'You get what you pay for!' This unit may not be the cheapest available but the quality of the finishes & furnishings as well as the premier location on the top floor with vaulted ceilings and the expansive views of the lake & mountains make it well worth the reasonable rates we advertise.

We have lived in Nebraska for over 30 years. One of the benefits of living in Nebraska is that the mountains of Colorado are a very manageable one day drive away. We have spent years exploring different parts of the state.

Why Mark & Joan chose Dillon

After years of searching for a place to call our own in the mountains we had whittled it down to Dillon, Colorado. The property had to have a view. When we imagined buying a second residence we debated back and forth over a water view or a mountain view. This condo had the most magnificent view of both. When we first walked in the unit we ignored the 1980’s vibe and went straight to the deck and we knew we had found the one we had been looking for. Dillon is close to multiple ski resorts and it is a quiet refuge from the crowds of Breck and Frisco. The trail is steps from the condo and everything you need is seconds to minutes away.

What makes this condo unique

The view is superb with the lake and mountain views changing daily. This is a third floor unit with a vaulted ceiling - you won’t hear neighbors walking overhead. This unit was stripped to the bone and rebuilt with high end finishes. The condominium complex is well established and well run with lots of green space. Our view from the deck allows one to just sit on the deck and enjoy the concerts at the amphitheater if you don’t feel like walking across the street. You have a first class seat to all of them.

The condo was more than we expected! Nothing but fabulous things to say about this lovely place in Dillion. It was the perfect location with so many close by resorts to choose from, we loved not being committed to just one. We would recommend it to our friends & family or anyone wanting to stay in summit county!

Very nice condo with expectacular views and location.

This condo has been totally remodel and is very well stocked with essential foods.

The condo is tastefully decorated with nice furniture and very comfortable bedding. You don’t get any more comfort at a 5 Star Hotel.

The condo is on the top floor so is very quiet and has amazing views of the lake.

The location is amazing for skiing, hutting, back country snowshoeing. The Marina is right across the street, I saw ice fishing in my morning walks, and in summer I’m sure is a lovely spot for boating and sailing.

We had a short visit of 4 days and would stay longer if we could.

Perfect for our Thanksgiving getaway !

We had an amazing and wonderful Thanksgiving at this condominium, in Dillion, Colorado. We stayed for 5 days, and I wish we could have stayed longer. The Condo was immaculate and had a lot of amenities.The beds were very comfortable.The Condominium is located on the third floor and has spectacular views of lake Dillion. I would rate this condominium 10 stars if I could! Copper Mountain (ski resort) is just minutes away. I highly recommend eating at the Arapahoe Cafe and Pub, that is right across the street. We would love to stay here again in the future.

Lake cliffe property

We were extremely satisfied with our stay at Lake Cliffe condo. It was exactly as it was described. This unit has been totally redone and is immaculate. The kitchen was very easy to cook in. The highlight surprise of our trip was the Lake Dillon Theater Company. We attended Sister Act which was very entertaining! Valerie was easy to contact and responded to our questions promptly. I highly recommend this condominium!
