Jasmine Villa is in an excellent location for all amenities, centrally located to explore all that Northern Cyprus has to offer.
Jasmine Villa is furnished using only products made by local craftsmen and is of a very high standard. With marble floors throughout, the villa is very comfortable and caters for every need.
The downstairs living area is open plan and comprises a tastefully furnished and comfortable lounge which leads to the fully equipped kitchen.
There is a downstairs shower room with shower, WC and wash hand basin, which also houses the washing machine.
Upstairs are three well furnished and spacious bedrooms (1 double and 2 twin) all have fitted wardrobes with ample storage space. The south facing master bedroom and twin room share a balcony with stunning views of Bellapais Abbey and the mountains. All bedrooms have air conditioning units.
The bathroom has a shower, wash hand basin and WC.
Outside there is ample furniture for al fresco dining, a large barbeque and a very large communal pool with sun beds, etc.. The pool is only used by four other villas on the site and so it is not unusual to have the pool to yourself.
This property has gas central heating and would also be ideal for a winter break.
The villa was,as expected, clean and welcoming and is furnished beautifully. The 'welcome pack' was excellent (especially the beer!) after a long day's travelling.
The garden is also very colourful - and productive - we enjoyed a peach from your tree.
We also made considerable use of the pool, which, like everything else, is clean and well maintained.
Barbara, your agent, visited us after a day or so and we were able to report no problems at all.
Car hire was made very easy and they even threw in a return journey to the airport for free!
Thank you again for everything.
We love our stays at Jasmine Villa! We have now planned our 3rd visit here this year.
The Villa is home from home having all the appliances you'd want. The area is very quiet but there are many villages close by which are really quaint with such welcoming and accommodating locals.
You must visit St Hilarion Castle, it’s competitively priced and has stunning views. But beware in the height of the season it’s hot. Kyrenia isn’t a large tourist area but has every amenity you may need.
They have a newly built Bowling Alley which is great for all the family and something for those mad crazy teenagers who love their computer games, there is a great techno arcade below this which stays open until late!
We have teenage children and although there isn’t a huge nightlife there are many restaurants who offer some entertainment should this be your cup of tea.
There are some wonderful restaurants some very well priced and some a little more costly but when your on holiday it doesn’t hurt now and again to push the boat out.
We often have a barbecue which the whole family enjoy and the kids then sometimes go night swimming making use of the shared pool which is less than a minute away.
Car hire is a must to make the most of your holiday, we hire a car via Bellapaise and they’re really reasonable and so helpful especially when we lost luggage at the airport (they fetched it for free).
We crossed the boarder to the South of Cyprus at Ledra Palace (Nicosia) and hired a car to visit Limassol. It’s so easy to do this as you simply walk across. It’s free and all you need is your passports. You can either take a taxi or hire a car or simply stroll around the town!
We drove to Karpaz using the coast road (spectacular views) but you can use the new road which is possible quicker. It’s so humbling travelling around the small villages and the beaches are beautiful.
We have planned 3 weeks this year and we want to travel all over as there are so many places we have not yet visited.
Thanks so much Penny & Jill for allowing us the pleasure of your home.
As described the villa has all the modern conveniences needed to make your stay enjoyable including a spacious living room and dining area. It is in excellent condition and has been finished off to a very high standard. In a quiet resedential cul de sac you look out onto a mountain view from the garden patio which is south facing and has the sun all day. The communal pool is only a few meters away and is never particularly busy as a lot of the villas are owned by local people.
The location is more or less equally spaced between Ozankoy and Bellapaise Villages and Kyrenia Town which can all be reached within about a 30 mins stroll although Bellapaise is up a steep hill. All have great resteraunts and bars and lots of character. There is a shop around the corner and a large supermarket 10 mins walk away.
The owners run their business very professionally with prompt replies to any enquiries you may have and the villa is looked after locally by a friendly maintenance company who provide a welcome pack on your arrival and are available to help during your stay if needed.
Overall this is easily one of the best self catering villas we have stayed in and i would recomend it to anyone.

Bellapais Abbey is a 10 minute drive and is situated in the old village of Bellapais, with its sophisticated restaurants and cafes.
Kyrenia harbour is a 30 minute stroll from the villa and is dominated by a castle that has stood for centuries. It houses a very interesting ‘Shipwreck museum’. Kyrenia harbour is alive with bars and restaurants and is a lovely place to sit and watch the world go by. It is just a short walk from the heart of Kyrenia’s shopping district and some of the most sophisticated hotels in Cyprus.
The nearest public beach is called Alagadi Beach and is a conservation beach for Green and Loggerhead turtles. It is never crowded and is free. There are some very good private beaches nearby which offer water sports and restaurants and are worth a visit. Within a 10 minute drive you will find St Hilarion Castle and a little further afield are the towns of Nicosia and Famagusta.
The area is renowned for its flora and fauna and is especially beautiful in springtime.
Golf: There is an excellent golf course within 15 minutes drive of the villa.
It is a new club called Esentepe Golf Club and this offers excellent greens, fairways and stunning sea and mountain views.
All equipment is available for hire at the club or you can provide your own.
