In our apartments you can wake up, open the bedroom curtains, and see all of Jerusalem. Our apartments are right in the heart of the Jerusalem City Center, each with a unique view. We provide all you need to really live in Jerusalem; not just visit. We want our apartments to be your home, if even for just a few nights. There's a full kitchen to cook the fresh produce found a block away at Machane Yehuda Market (AKA 'The Shuk'), one of our favorite places in the city.
The building sits on the highest hill in the City Center and each apartment has its own unique view of Jerusalem. The building is secure with high speed elevators and a Shabbat elevator. In the apartment there is high speed WiFi, cable and a dvd player. There is also a washing machine and dryer along with detergent. We provide linens and towels (big towels too!). The kitchen is complete with all you need for a do-it-yourself 5 star meal. Dishes, cutlery, cooking utensils, pots and pans and even an espresso machine with some complimentary pods to keep you awake while you wait for your schnitzel to finish in the oven. There is seasonal central air conditioning and heating units are found in every room of the apartment. Both the building and apartments are wheelchair accessible. Some extras available at an additional charge are: Parking Kosher Kitchen Baby Gear Minimum length of stay requirements apply during some seasons such as Sukkot, Passover, Christmas and New Years.
We are in the building during the day and always reachable by e-mail or phone in case of an emergency or if you need any assistance. We are happy to help coordinate any part of your trip.
We are just one block away from Machane Yehuda Market. The market, or, as the locals call it, "the shuk" is filled with hundreds of stalls selling fruits and vegetables, meats, Israeli spice mixes, cheese from around the world and much more. At night, the butchers go home and the bartenders show up to transform the shuk into a super fun nightlife scene. There are also many restaurants open day and night in the shuk - and make the perfect place to enjoy local cuisine and people watch. Two blocks from the building you can find Ben Yehuda Street which is filled with street performers, coffee shops, and stores where you are bound to find the perfect gift to bring back to your friends and family. The Old City is just a 15 minute walk from the building. There is an intense and exciting feeling when in the Old City. You can truly feel the thousands of years of history as your walk through the gates. We recommend taking a guided tour to learn all about this special place - like no other in the world.
There are many ways to travel in and around Jerusalem. The most efficient is either by public transportation or taxi. There is a stop for the light-rail train right outside of our building. Taxis are easy to pre-order or the hail on the street. We can also help you to coordinate a private car service for touring the country or traveling to and from the airport.
We are in the building and we have several apartments available for short term rental. We would love to host you and your family on your next visit to Jerusalem.

This is the best building in Jerusalem in terms of location and view.
We decided on EXP Vacation rentals after an extensive search on VRBO, HomeAway, and the tripadvisor forums where we looked at both hotels and rental apartments. We stayed for 6 nights in December (part of which was during the great blizzard of 2013-yes, you read that right, a blizzard in Jerusalem). Highly recommend.
1. Location - friends had suggested that we stay near the Mahane Yehuda market (EXP is a block away), this was a great suggestion as the market is a fun place to explore (a must visit if you're a tourist) and a great place to pick up provisions or have a sit down meal (or find food during a blizzard when all the supermarkets are closed). EXP is a quick walk to the old city (it took us 15 minutes to get to the Jaffa Gate) and right next to the light rail (we were initially worried about the noise-but it was a non-issue, the tram is quiet and apartments are high above street level). It took us about an hour via a sharut (shared cab) to get to the apartment from Ben Gurion Airport.
2. Apartments - clean and modern, both of the apartments we stayed in had great views of the old city. The kitchens are well equipped with pots/pans/utensils making it easy to cook after shopping at the market, and the dining room tables are large enough for company. Loved the salon grade hair dryers in the bathroom (unexpected and a nice touch). Wifi was fast and reliable. It was great to have a washer and dryer in-unit, though we had to do some hunting online for the directions as they were in Hebrew! The floors are marble, so if you're going in winter, you might want to bring slippers.
3. Management - this is a very professional operation (check in was easy/email communication clear/management responsive). When there was leak in our first apartment during the blizzard, they were able to quickly relocate us to another apartment in the building.
We booked a room at Windows of Jerusalem after reading many reviews on several different internet sights, but after receiving instructions on how to find and enter the building we were a bit apprehensive. After getting out of the shared cab from the airport at 40 Agripas St and we were facing an ally way the anxiety only got worse, but then we entered the code to the building got the elevator card from the box went up to the 10th floor and entered what could only be described as paradise in Jerusalem for the first 8 nts of our 15 nights in Israel. The 3 bedroom apartment was huge and noticeably very clean with a view of the city that was better than beautiful. The hardest thing we did was not compare the rest of our booked rooms with this one.
The only negative which really had nothing to do with the owners was all the appliances were in Hebrew but of course we were in Israel so this is to be expected. The people that work in the office for Windows were so helpful in every way even when it had nothing to do with their apartment it was unbelievable. The light rail system is right outside the building which proved invaluable moving around the city especially to the Old City and surrounding historical sights. Also being only a block away from Mahaneh Yehuda Market proved to be a very helpful addition to the location of the apartment. Fresh fruit and vegetables everywhere and many places to eat a nice local meal.
We both highly recommend staying at Windows and will help friends book this room in the future.
Our stay at Windows of Jersualem was perfect. The location couldnt be better for access to all the important places in the city. Our 1 bedroom apartment was clean and provided everything we needed including a washer and dryer. The staff was helpful and accomodating and the check in and check out process was perfect. I totally recommend this property.
I stay at this apartment building every time I'm visiting Jerusalem. The units are always clean and maintained, checking in/out is quick and easy and the apartment is in a great location - within easy walking distance to the Old City, Ben Yehuda Street, and Mahane Yehuda. There are a couple parking lots close to the building where we kept our rental car and had no trouble finding space in them.
The apartment was beautiful. We were on the 12th floor with a beautiful vista of Jerusalem. Well appointed apartment with everything that you need provided, including soap for laundry and dishwasher. Best location ever, with short walk to everything! The service was great, anything we needed was an email away with response immediate. Will definitely stay again and recommend to friends
We love to stay at Windows of Jerusalem. It was recently our 4th time. The apts are clean, modern, fully furnished and very reasonably priced. The location is perfect. The light rail is right outside the building on the Jaffa Rd side. On the Agrippas side you can easily walk onto King George St and Ben Yehuda St, the pedestrian mall. Great shopping and smells at the stalls Machane Yehuda just steps away. At night Machane Yehuda becomes one big night club with amazing music!
We very much enjoyed staying at Windows of Jerusalem. Everything was seamless. From getting the keys to directions to the
Property. We had all we needed plus more, the apartment was as clean spacious, contemporary as the pictures show.
The location is great as you can walk just about anywhere, but if you need to use public transportation it is right at your doorstep. I would totally and probably will stay here again.
