Detailed description:

Sugar Dunes 11 is a large, remodeled 3 Bedroom, 3 Bath condo overlooking the Gulf with direct and private beach access.

Deck, living room, dining room, kitchen and master bedroom enjoy beach-views.

Solid bamboo floors throughout.

Well equipped kitchen with wood cabinets, new stainless steel appliances, granite countertops and glass tile backsplash.

Large deck overlooks the beach with a wood table for six people, two captain's chairs, and stairs leading to the private beach.

Master has king-sized bed, gulf-view, and a remodelled en suite bathroom with two sinks, tub with shower and private toilet room.

Second bedroom also has a king sized bed with en-suite bathroom and shower.

Third bedroom has a bathroom with a shower and two bunk beds, each with twin over full beds, which comfortably accommodate four people.

Complimentary beach set up with two beach chairs and one umbrella set up every morning from 1 March to Labor Weekend. Additional beach chairs and umbrellas in deck closet.

TVs and Blu-Ray in living-room and all bedrooms.

About David Campos

My wife, my daughters and I came to this amazing part of the gulf for the first time in 2014. We instantly fell in love with this little piece of paradise. Blue, pristine waters, sugary sands, gorgeous dunes, frequent sighting of dolphins and other animals (my daughters love animals), trails to run and bike, great restaurants and festivals. How could we not fall in love with this paradise on earth? We decided to purchase a property in early 2015 and have been coming to these beaches regularly ever since. We hope you will fall in love with this place as we have done!

Wonderfully relaxing!

We had a great time during our stay here. There were a few small technical problems with the tv and internet when we arrived due to a storm but this was quickly resolved by a fast response from a David. The location was perfect. We all really enjoyed being right by the water and kids had a blast catching crabs at night by the water. There was ample room for our group of 8. Great vacation for our family. We would certainly stay again.

Fantastic beach front property

This is a beautiful condo that is well supplied and has a convenient access to the beach. We wanted for nothing while using this condo - just buy a little food and a bottle of wine and put your feet up for the week. We've vacationed in several condominiums over the last 30 years and I think this one was the most well supplied that we've rented. We love to cook and the kitchen was ready for us!

From 1 March until Labor Day weekend we offer a complimentary, professional beach set up, consisting of two beach chairs and an umbrella. There are additional beach chairs and umbrellas in the deck closet.

Sugar Dunes does not allow tents/canopy set-ups on the private beach directly in front of building. They may be erected on either side of the building on the public beach. Sugar Dunes also limits parking to two vehicles. Garage rental: A covered garage can be rented for $120/week.


Monthly rates available for non-peak times.
