The full size wall-bed also opens into an extra table or desk. Creates additional living space when closed?ideal for yoga or pilates. Cooking is a dream in this kitchen with full size appliances including a dishwasher and vitamix blender. Lighting is completely adjustable with dimmer switches throughout. This place is a true gem. I lived here for two years before relocating to San Francisco, in 2007. Late last year I spent countless hours and energy converting it to a fully furnished rental. Wanted to be similar to the places I rent in Europe, with even more comfort and amenities. It has everything you need for a wonderful stay. The kitchen equipment is meant to enable real cooking and meal prep. You can cook like a pro here!

Walking downstairs to Starbucks and Zupan's makes living here really wonderful. Quick coffee and some groceries from a real grocery store is perfect for when you don't feel like going far. A bit further away are Trader Joe's, Elephant's Deli, and New Seasons. Everything is a just a short walk away. Location might be the most ideal thing about this place. Everyone who stays here loves it.

Fantastic studio in the perfect Portland location!

We had a wonderful stay at this apartment. The studio and building are extremely well maintained, in the heart of Goose Hollow / 23rd Street. Apartment offers great access to the best restaurants and activities in Portland yet sits back from the city making it an extremely pleasant place to stay. Owner is really easy to work with and goes out of the way to ensure that everything is taken care of for your stay. Would absolutely stay in this apartment again if the occasion arises. Highly recommend!
