Nautilus Apartment 12

We recently paid $2,400.00 to stay at the Nautilus for two nights and were disappointed.

I can't fault the location, it is beautiful and the apartment is nice, but there were a lot of issues during our stay.

We were initially given the wrong keys to access the property. We could not access the beach from our apartment (the buzzer we were given did not work on the security system and we had to walk a fair distance to the beach). We did not receive our delivery pizza because the intercom didn’t work. Rain was heavy during our trip and as the property has no internet connection there was nothing to do but watch basic TV on a TV which is so small it looks out of place in such a large room. The apartment was also unclean. The floors seemed like they had never been mopped and a lot of the cutlery was dirty. I had really hoped to enjoy a few baths, but neither of the bath plugs fit the drains and the baths would not fill.

I would not stay at this property again for that price!

Our weekend was absolute heaven - it was so spacious and modern with lots of entertaining/relaxing areas (from the large lounge room and balcony to the rooftop which was our favourite). The rooftop terrace made for the perfect place for tanning and having drinks. The proximity to the beach meant that we were able to switch between private rooftop and warm sand as we pleased. It satisfied all of us because of the options. The place itself was impeccable and we were all pleasantly surprised by how clean and modern it was. The bedrooms were beautiful and we have recommended it to many who have seen pictures and asked. Definitely the one place we would keep returning to at The Entrance - we are fussy girls and were yet so happy. We all want to go back!
