Featuring the comfort and style to make your holiday relaxing and enjoyable
About Trent Lucas
We've lived in Ocean Grove now since 2001. Having grown up in Geelong and Ballarat, the thing that attracted us to Ocean Grove was the summer day trips spent at the beach. The relaxed holiday feel you get is second to none, and the community is something we are proud to be a part of, and one we look forward to raising our two children in.
Trent Lucas purchased this House in 2009
Why Trent Lucas chose Ocean Grove
We have a modern, large house on a large block with front and rear entertaining options, and large multiple liviing spaces indoors. The ability to open the bi-fold doors to create indoor/outdoor spaces is a special feature of our home that we love. The spa under the rear pergola is the perfect way to relax of an evening after a day shopping, eating & drinking, or spent at the beach or Adventure Park. We live in a close, meaning that it's quiet, and only see local traffic going past the front of our place. Being walking distance to both shopping precincts, as well as the being the beach, lake and river make our home perfectly positioned in our opinion.
What makes this House unique
Large, modern living spaces, plenty of entertainment facilities, including the spa and BBQ under the rear pergola. We inspected this property with the intention of using some ideas to build our own, but fell in love with what was already here, so figured, 'why change what is already perfect'.
