About Linda McCrerey
This superb Dana Point house is owned by our mother, Ann, a world traveler and retired real estate professional. Mom searched for an ocean-view, California house, and she knew when she first saw this house that it was ideal! Because Dad's career as a U.S. Navy officer involved moving his family every three years or so, Mom became an expert in finding the right house and making it comfortable for her family. We lived in the Washington, D.C. area, California, Hawaii, Alaska, the Philippines and Morocco. Mom parlayed her experience into a successful real estate career and owner of her own company in Frisco, Colorado. With her unerring eye for choice properties, Mom immediately saw that this property was ideal for herself after retirement, to live in six months of the year. For the other half-year, the property served as a vacation house for her ocean-sports-crazy adult children and their families, and as a rental property. Today Mom is retired and living in Golden, Colorado. She turned over management of this property to her adult children, who live in California and Colorado. We are pleased to share this very special place with select visitors from around the world who truly appreciate the unique, casual elegance of the Southern California beach lifestyle. As Ann's daughter, I cannot rave enough about the fantastic choice Mom made when she bought this house! We have so much fun there, and we know you will too! --- Linda

Spacious Town Home with Beautiful Ocean View
With daughter and friends in the area of Dana Point, this lovely semi-detached town home in a quiet, gated community was the perfect choice for a month’s stay. The open first floor plan combined living room (with comfortable seating), dinning area, well-equipped kitchen and opening onto a large patio with outdoor gas grill. Upstairs had a very large master bedroom with a master bath with two sinks, large walkingin closet and separate toilet and shower. Two addition bedrooms with a hall bath complete the upstairs. You can walk to the ocean or a short drive to the expansive Dana Point Harbor and ocean. Great restaurants, shopping and movie theaters are all within a short drive.
