Very nice place and location. Overall happy with it, but a few things really need to be changed.

We liked the house, we liked the location and we enjoyed our stay. The beds are comfortable and the kitchen is well-stocked...which is rare. I love to cook and I cooked each day, so this was a big one. However, there is no TV on the main level at all. The kitchen and living room and set-up perfectly to have a big TV over the fireplace and view it from both. There is a huge empty space there, so this makes no sense. Only our teenagers were on the bottom level with the living area TV. The only other one is in the master. We don’t watch mutch TV at all, but it would have been nice for the music channels even. The other issue we had that just doesn’t make sense is that you have to take out all of your own trash before leaving. I don’t mean to the garage, I mean completely remove all of it down to the main dumpsters. In all of our travels, we have never had to do such a thing.

Other than those things, we really enjoyed our time here. All of the other little things that really make a vacation rental special are there.

Fabulous House

We were a group of 6 adults and 2 kids and this house was absolutely fantastic. It was warm, spacious, spotlessly clean, well-equipped and just a pleasure to stay in. It was in the north village so took about 25 minutes to walk to the gondolas (15 mins to centre of village). This was a great way to warm up prior to skiing and a great warm down after skiing. The ski hire shop allowed us to leave our ski's overnight so we only had to carry our boots and poles. We would definitely stay again and can recommend it most highly. Thanks for sharing your amazing house with us.

Great house

The house is great and comfortable. They fixed the internet towards the end of our trip (faulty modem), which was the only issue we had, so I dont think anyone else will come across that problem anymore.

Pretty good

The internet connection was terrible..it kept bumping me off and the cable did not work in the Master.

The exprosso machine did not work..no instructions!

But overall the place was sweet..

If the internet was fixed I'd consider the place again.

Regarding internet: all our properties have full internet and we pride ourselves on having them working 100% as we know how important internet is these days for travelers. I wish you had contacted our maintenance or concierge as we would have addressed any issues you may have had immediately. Sometimes, if there is an issue with internet, it is just a reset button that is needed to be reset. The espresso machine instructions are in the welcome binder in the kitchen and on the backside of the cabinet above the espresso machine. We will look at also putting the instructions out on the counter. We have since visited the property and all is working fine including cable.
