In the heart of the Toulourenc valley, top Vaucluse, on the edge of the Drome Provencale, in the land of lavender you'll find the small village of Savoillans backed north side of Mont Ventoux. Ideal place for lovers of the great outdoors, hiking, mountain biking, cycling, paragliding etc .. the scenery is spectacular, the absolute quiet. At the exit of the village, surrounded by fields, Celine and Herve have restored an old barn family for years, with the desire to preserve its old charm while using for its renovation and layout of materials and latest equipment .The cry decor is original and refined, like red copper radiators, designed by Céline and made by a local artist heating. This is also thanks to their wanderlust as various objects and decorations found place in the house. Habitation with surprising surfaces, you have a large main room of 70 m² with dining area with a large table and chairs for 8 people, a large central fireplace, and seating area with sofas and flat screen TV LED connected Canalsat. Very bright room with a huge window, 2 Velux, and murderous, overlooking the inner courtyard, this will definitely be a place to live. The house is equipped with broadband internet wi-fi. The large kitchen with its stone walls and its huge central island made of solid walnut, has all the modern amenities (refrigerator US, microwave, large capacity oven, hob, hood etc ...), the dining area offers various views on the village, the mountain or valley through large windows and bays. The floors of the house were made with polished concrete decorations rollers Toulourenc. On the ground floor, the room and direct access to the inner courtyard (bedside tables, wardrobe). Excellent exceeded expectations!

This was our second visit to the enchanting ancient "Bergère" and like before we went back because of the unique charm this house and location has.The remote location is ideal to get away from the hustle and bustle and allows you to de-stress with an abundance of walks and views to die for. The accommodation is like a 5 star hotel and the owner has thought of everything.The décor is very modern inside and the kitchen has a very unique family feel.The fireplace was superb for our cold winter visit and the internet connection was good for all the gadgets that a family has should you want to reconnect with the outside world.Canal Sat is available and the transmissions where easily changed to English with clever VM (version Multi language) Canal sat provides.The decked terrace area looks great and would imagine in hotter periods would be outstanding for barbys.

Herve the owner was one of the friendliest owners we have rented from and is very easy to communicate with in French and English. We look forward to our next visit and many thanks Herve!

Perfect location to explore this part of the Provence!

The location was perfect for us. On a dead end road, in a little, charming village in the Provence. Very quiet and just a short walk to the bakery.

The patio gave us every privacy we'd hoped for and the house itself has plenty of space.

Especially the lights have been set up very good; inside and outside.

The owner Hervé called us a few times to make sure everything was alright.

une maison pour se sentir bien

Le temps froid à Zurich et ma femme anniversaire à venir qui m'a inspiré pour passer un court séjour en France du Sud. Lorsque vous cherchez une maison en Vaucluse, nous sommes sur la Bergerie de Truphémus Savoillan, a rejoint. Parce que nous plaçons même pendant les vacances accent sur le confort et un établissement généreux, digne et pleine, cette maison était juste pour nous. Le propriétaire Hervé était spontané et très accommodant Lors de votre réservation. Le livre définitif, je fait alors que deux jours avant l'arrivée, parce que je voulais surprendre ma femme avec ce voyage. A la porte d'entrée de la Bergerie Truphémus ma femme ne savait pas où il va, en conséquence une grande surprise et la joie était pour eux, mais aussi pour moi. La maison et le mobilier et l'accueil chaleureux de Hervé compensaient le long trajet en voiture - nous avons senti immédiatement à l'aise.

Savoillan est hors des sentiers battus et est très approprié pour des sentiers de randonnée depuis le Bergerie. voir les villages voisins Brantes et Montbrun-les-Bains est un must. Des endroits comme Vaison la Romanie, Aurel, Sault mais Nyons (grand marché le jeudi matin), L'Isle-sur-la-Sorgue ou Apt valent le détour. Souvent, le voyage à ces endroits est en soi très attrayante, elle conduit sur les cols de montagne et canyons, ou à travers les champs de lavande énormes derniers. Le trajet sur le Mont Ventoux à proximité est bien sûr incontournable, elle nous a été refusée parce qu'il était blanc, mais cette neige blanche temps, mais il a neigé le premier jour de vacances au deuxième fond.

Aussi un must est l'achat de pain au boulanger du village - à environ 100 m de la maison - les autres pains et baguettes et des produits de boulangerie sont excellents même cuites dans un four à bois et le goût. L'offre nouvelle sur les marchés locaux a toujours incités à nous faire cuire, cuisine équipée de façon optimale, il a nous a beaucoup aidé.

Comme peu spectaculaire que la procédure de location, a également été la diminution des chambres et le retour du dépôt.

Une semaine est juste assez rapidement, mais nous avons vu beaucoup de choses et pourrait voir la maison, profiter de l'ambiance et la tranquillité.

Juste l'hospitalité Hervé, la gentillesse des voisins - Contact rapidement trouvé notre chien - et Annabelle valent la Bergerie de Truphémus Savoillan savoir. Merci!
