Very nice VRBO

Clean and quaint. Great for family, single quasi-private bathroom between bedrooms. We rented only first floor. I believe that listing indicated beach chairs, none were found, but we didn't ask. Owner was very responsive to all of our requests. Screened Porch is very nice, keeps mosquitoes out (but not no-seeums) bring bug spray. Overall wonderful place!

This gorgeous property is nestled between the bluff house mariner and green turtle club , when I visit my home I stay in this apartment, as I like the feeling of being on ground level and 50 steps away from cocoa bay , where I go swimming after breakfast , then take an outside shower and dry off on one of the deck chairs , if the tide is out , I will walk along cocoa bay to the very tip of the north end .Or just sit and read a book.
