Our self contained cottage was renovated mid 2016 and has a new kitchen and floor coverings throughout. The kitchen is fully appointed, with everything you require for a simple cheese platter to an evening roast.
The thick new carpet in the 2 bedrooms will keep your toes toasty warm. One bedroom has a king bed, the other a queen bed. Both bedrooms have their own televisions and ceiling fans. All linen and towels are supplied.
The bathroom has a bathtub, and there is a second toilet in the laundry.
The open plan kitchen, living and dining room is a bright, sunny room, kept cool by RC air con and warmed with a wood fire as well as the RC air con. The large flat screen TV has a DVD player with family DVDs provided.
There is ample car parking.

The current owners purchased the rundown vineyard, formerly Lawson Hill Estate , in 2011, as a lifestyle home for their young family. The grapes are no longer productive but provide plenty of roaming space for active families.
For those keen to see local wildlife and views, the property boasts spectacular 360 views from the top of Lawson Hill, and kangaroos and birdlife are plentiful.
Located directly across the road from Bunnamagoo Wines and around the corner from Robert Oatley Vineyards, Rosby Wine and di Lusso Wines, you may want to spend your time winetasting and cafe cruising.
Interested in literature and history? Lawson Hill is the childhood home of Henry Lawson, one of Australia's well known early poets and authors. The remains of his home are located at the Henry Lawson Memorial at the front entrance of Lawson Hill. Henry lived here with his family during his school years. The historically significant Eurunderee School is located a short distance away, on the corner of Henry Lawson Dr and Strikes Lane.
