Master bedroom with king bed and guest room with single over double bunk beds. Laundry in suite. After a long day of skiing, jump into your own private hot tub. Ski locker provided on private deck. Gas fireplace and BBQ. Lots of natural light with westerly facing window.

About Jeff Martin

We purchased this unit in 2011 as a vacation property. Within 18 months of purchase we were so in love with Sun Peaks Resort, we moved here. Our two children, Sarah and Morgen, attend school on the mountain at the only ski-in/ski-out public school in the world! They ski to school every day the mountain is open and Sarah has 375 days of skiing in her life at age 7. We own a small business in the village called Sneaky Scallywags, please come in to say hi :)

We truly believe you will be staying in the BEST ski-in/ski-out ion in the village. Our unit is a top floor unit with westerly facing windows. When choosing a place in Sun Peaks Resort, we looked at many properties and nothing matched our idea of a perfect location! We ski to dinner on the weekend, then take the platter lift home.

What makes this condo unique

Having a groomed ski-in/ski-out from our back door was key for our family. With small children, we love that there is no walking or carrying of equipment needed we head out to ski. We easily ski home for lunch or a quick break from the you would too! This is a park the car and not get in it again until you leave.

Great little condo

We are a family of five with kids 6, 8, and 10 and have been coming to Sun Peaks for a few years. This condo seems a little bit older compared to others we have stayed at, but it is in a great location as it truly is ski-in/ski-out (take the platter up to Gentle Giant and ski down). There were a few times one of my kids forgot something and I made it back to the condo and then back to the base in 10 minutes. We also easily walked into town a couple of times. The hot tub was perfect for all of us after skiing all day and quickly became a favorite of my wife and kids.

The condo isn't the biggest, but we were basically only there to eat and sleep and it suited our needs just fine. We had two of our kids sleep in the bottom bunk with the third on top.

Jeff is a great host and I enjoyed meeting and talking with him. He answered any questions I had in a timely manner both before we arrived and during our stay.

Nice cozy property, has all the necessities for a comfortable stay.

The owners were easily accessible and helpful. Hot tub was clean and worked well. One of the best ski in ski out properties that we've rented on the mountain. Short walk to the village, located next to the outdoor rink.

Great location, and comfortable property. I had no issues on my trip.

Very comfortable accommodations with a working hot tub. 2 bedroom 2 bathroom was plenty of space for 5. Ski in/out was very convenient and Sun Peaks hotels/venues were a quick 5 minute walk. I felt spoiled to stay at this property, and am already looking forward to my return to Sun Peaks!

Great location!

Nice apartment. Somewhat smaller than the last two places we stayed at in Sun Peaks, but the location more than made up for the smaller space. True ski in ski out. Highly recommend. We had a great time.

Sun Peaks Resort is a great family resort! Additional activities include snowshoeing, NHL size outdoor rink (within steps of Snow Creek Village), outdoor pool (Summer), large sports field, bungee trampoline, Canada's only mountain cross carts, two tot parts, child minding, dog sled tours, guided ice fishing, cat trax groomer rides. Whether you plan to spend your day on the mountain, around the village or in your personal hot tub there is always something to do!
