Highgate Park, Luxury 5 Bed Villa with Southwest facing pool

This home is lucky to be situated on a corner plot without neighbours to the right and no rear neighbours, looking out over a conservation area, offering the perfect place to relax & unwind.

Our recently remodelled impressive villa has 5 bedrooms with boutique styled furnishing and bedding, 3.5 bathrooms, south west facing 30 feet private heated pool with separate Spa/Jacuzzi. Includes an integrated games room.

The accommodation boasts over 2,400 square feet of living accommodation, comfortably sleeping up to 10, with the addition of a sofa bed in the front sitting room for a further 2 making this useful as a flexible sleeping area.

Just 10 minutes from the Walt Disney World Resort, prestigious golf courses and the Universal Resort, our luxurious 2 storey villa is modern, fully furnished and decorated to a high standard.Downstairs there is an open plan double height family room with a wall mounted 50" cable TV (Premier Package) and relaxed seating with patio doors leading directly out onto the pool deck.

There is a fully equipped european style kitchen with glossy units, granite worktops and breakfast bar/island, a nook with a casual dining area to seat 6, which looks out over the pool, The kitchen and utility room appliances include French door style refrigerator with ice-maker and filtered water, microwave, oven, dishwasher, large washing machine and dryer.

The separate formal dining area has a table seating 6 located directly next to the kitchen.

There is a separate sitting room to the front of the property which is ideal for those quiet times, when you want to get away from it all or it could be used as a place for the kids to watch a DVD or challenge each other on the Wii, there is a 32" Smart flatscreen TV in here and a sofabed.

On the ground floor are two of the three queen bedrooms, the first has patio doors with direct access to the pool deck, it has a 32" wall mounted flatscreen TV with cable, the second queen bedroom also has a 32" wall mounted smart Roku flatscreen TV, both share the first of the 3 full bathrooms.

There is a separate WC on the ground floor for shared use.

There is a pool table, air hockey table & table tennis in the games room, with Tennis Racquets, Badminton Racquets, 2 scooters. Plenty for all members of your family to enjoy during your stay.

Upstairs comprises of the master suite which has a king sized bed and a 40" wall mounted Smart Flatscreen cable TV, this room leads to a large en-suite with bath tub, shower, twin sinks and closet.

There are two further bedrooms (one twin room and one queen room to the opposite side of the property and these share the third full bathroom, both having 32" wall mounted flatscreen cable TV's, 1 also having access to wireless Roku services.

There is a separate seating area on the galleried landing with wifi printing facilities for those occasions when you might need to print your boarding passes or reservations.

All towels and bed linen are provided and there is a washing machine, tumble dryer, iron, ironing board and vacuum cleaner for your convenience.

There is air conditioning throughout, as well as ceiling fans for added temperature control.

There is a telephone provided with access to free national calls.

The home is equipped with WI-FI throughout so that you can keep in touch with friends & family back home as well as surfing the net.

Outside there is an extended deck with pool and separate spa – comfortable loungers, table, chairs and BBQ (additional costs may be incurred) are provided for al fresco dining.

The villa is alarmed with additional secure key code access for the gated community.

Ideally located for Disney, Universal, SeaWorld (10-20 min away) and championship golf courses. There are supermarkets just 5 minutes away such as Publix and Walmart, as well as Pharmacies Walgreens and CVS. Within a short distance you will find a large selection of restaurants, take-aways and diners.

About D Manship

After many visits to Florida on family holiday's and talking about getting a vacation home for some time, in 2015 I contacted the owner of a villa we were staying in (as they had only recently purchased their own property), it was interesting to hear their take on buying in Florida, they couldn't help but be really positive, so I asked for some contact details. We met with the realtor who sent us links to available properties, we went out later that year to view some properties and went home without buying one, thinking it was probably for the best, then a month later in January, I noticed one of the properties that we had seen (not our favourite) was reduced. Strangely enough we had written how much we felt it was worth on a sheet of paper when we had originally viewed the property. It wasn't at that figure but was getting closer, worth a cheeky offer, which was accepted (below the amount we had written on the paper), so this was it, we had just bought the no, this was now real.

Why D Manship chose Highgate Park

We went out a month after closing and gutted the property, every surface was painted and every single item of furniture was removed, silly, I know and expensive but it just didn't fit into our vision. We now have a beautiful home, yes, I am biased, but it really is so welcoming.

We specifically chose a corner plot, in an ideal world we would have chosen a 'pie' shaped lot but now we have this it really was a happy compromise, no rear neighbours was a must have and a gated community a happy bonus.

The 5 bedroom and 3 bathrooms were perfect for our needs (we are hoping to add a 4th bathroom at some point in the future), The double height lounge makes the property feel vast and having a separate lounge area for the kids is great.

What makes this villa unique

On one side of the property is a tennis court and play area, there's no walking down to the tennis courts to find that somebody is already there, you can see from the property when it is available, it might sound like this is too close and would be disruptive, but honestly you wouldn't even know it was there. It's very safe for children and the play area is perfect for those early evening's when the intense direct heat from the sun has cooled (ever so slightly).

Sitting in the covered Lanai in the evening with the fairy lights on is almost perfect, a glass of wine in hand seals the deal.

We recently spent 10 nights at the Corner House. There were 8 people in our party of varying ages. The villa is outstanding, everything you could want and more. It is finished to a very high standard with a fantastic kitchen. The bedrooms are very comfortable and the master suite is amazing. Everyone had plenty of space to spread out as the villa is huge. The pool is very welcoming after a day in the parks.

The villa is within easy reach of everything Orlando has to offer and more. Its location means its not overlooked from behind and there is a kiddies play area just outside.

Dawn was amazing helpful and couldn't do enough for us, communication was excellent. The little extra touches in the villa were very special too.

There isn't anything this villa lacks and would highly recommend to anyone.
