About owner/property manager
I love living so close to downtown Asheville, for all the great restaurants, live music and dancing. I am a musician myself so I often play at jams with friends around town. I also enjoy the outdoors, hiking, biking, and driving the blue ridge parkway. I grew up in New York State, so the Appalachian Mountains remind me of home!
What makes this Apartment unique
My guests love the location, just a quick drive or Uber ride to downtown (less than 5 minutes), and you can walk to the New Belgium Brewery out the back door in a few minutes.

The place was very clean and had everything I needed. Perfect for one person(IMO), or two if you really get along. Breccia was very responsive and easy to deal with.
Great place close to the river arts district

Fun trip - cute space!
We had a great trip to Asheville. The space we stayed in was cozy. We shared a wall with the owner, but it was next to the kitchen and bathroom rather than the bedroom. It was great to have a mini apartment to ourselves. We arrived at night and followed the stone steps around the house and down a small hill and then walked upstairs to a deck and our separate entrance. The bedroom, kitchen, and bathroom were spacious enough for us. We pack in one big suitcase with our backpacks too and it worked well. There is also a small closet to store belongings in. The neighborhood is cute and it is possible to walk to places. We opted not to because we kept driving around to all parts of Asheville. In the later spring and summer it would be ideal to walk around. I recommend getting in no later than 8 p.m. if you want to eat in the surrounding area. The space was very clean and there were treats in the fridge, freezer, and bathroom for us. She was so accommodating and helpful! We would absolutely stay here again and recommend it! Having our own space and a separate entrance and also a fridge was perfect. She also has a nice deck with a couple of chairs overlooking a small hill with other adorable homes. The price compared to many other places was absolutely worth it!
Small, but perfect! Convenient location.
Not many frills on this property, but it has everything you need. Comfortable bed, nice little kitchen, and great water pressure in the bathroom. Extremely clean!!
