Please Note: With all due respect, I only rent to families and mature adult groups. This is NOT a “Party House"! Our policy is to speak live on phone with Guest prior to accepting reservation. What sets this apart from many rentals is that it's not a Condo Unit, nor a Chalet that is part of a development. It is a beautiful, private mountain home built by my father, a Master Craftsman & Woodworker. 12 acre property w/ 1.5 acres of lawns and gardens surrounding house; and stunning mountain views. Year round Jacuzzi, hardwood floors & custom wood work throughout. Large Living room & Library with full wall granite fireplace, picture windows looking out on Cathedral Ledge & Moat Mt. Range, Three HD flat screen TVs, Broadband Wi-Fi, 275 sq. ft. deck & separate screened 3 season porch, large grill (Spring through Fall). Hiking & Nordic skiing trails accessible directly from property w/o driving. Home includes first floor bedroom w/ ADA compliant exterior entrance ramp & customized bathroom & shower. This is not just a vacation property; it is the family home I grew up in; I believe our reviews reflect this.

A house with lots of family history

Our group (6 adults) stayed here in January 2018. The house has plenty of room for large groups and the owners have provided all that you'll need. It is clear that the house has long been a family property with lots of memories. It is older fixtures, but everything was very clean and worked perfectly (thus older, isn't bad). We had a storm during our stay and a branch knocked out power to the street; we wouldn't have even known except for hearing the large generator running when we returned home (you couldn't hear it inside)....a nice feature for peace of mind.

this house was perfect for our extended family of 12, counting grandparents parents and kids. We found the kitchen well supplied with pots, pans, dishes, etc.The beds were all comfortable. We would like to come back again

Fantastic home!

The house was perfect for our family celebration with plenty of room for everyone. The views were amazing and we appreciated the well stocked kitchen, the hot tub, firepit, and toys for the kids. The location was fantastic- easy to get to town with some lovely hikes within walking distance. Thank you for sharing your home!

Peaceful location minutes from North Conway. 5 minutes from Cranmore Mountain Adventure Park, 10 minutes to Storyland & Outlet Shopping, 15 minutes to Attitash Alpine Slide, Echo Lake State Park & Saco River. Only 2 miles from golfing at the North Conway Country Club. Best of both worlds - minutes from town via back road access avoiding traffic, but quite, very private setting with woodland views on all four sides of house.
