The property has recently been refurbished to a high standard. It has wooden floor in both bedrooms and lounge while the kitchen and the bathroom both are tiled.

Ottima soluzione per visitare Londra ! Tutto OK e ben servito dai mezzi pubblici !

Ho soggiornato con la famiglia (io, mia moglie e i nostri 2 figli) nell'appartamento dal 22/12/17 al 31/12/17. All'interno dell'appartamento era tutto come descritto nell'annuncio e tutto funzionante. Posizione perfettamente servita dal DLR (veramente qualche minuto a piedi) con il quale si arriva al centro di Londra in una quindicina di minuti. Soluzione da raccomandare per una famiglia che desidera trascorrere qualche giorno a Londra! Francesca e Julian molto disponibili. Hanno sempre risposto alle mail nel giro di pochissimo tempo.

flat location etc

great location for DLR to get to center on London, flat it's self was OK but had problems which toke a week to fix, Office staff helpful but did not check on repairs whilst we were there , the main problem was cold hot water, was cold all week, no offer of rate reduct for the fact that we had cold showers every day. was fixed the night before we left and was hot for ten minutes. But enjoyed our stay in London

Owner's Response: We confirm with this review that the traveler did state he had a hot water issue but only after a few days 29/3/17 . Holiday period was Saturday 25/03/17 to Saturday 01/04/17). We also acknowledge that we would have been more than happy to provide a reduction had we found evidence to support the claim regarding the hot water issue. Both the contractor and myself visited the flat. The contractor said that it may have been because the boiler hot water knob was set quite low and the contractor just turned the knob up to a hotter setting on the boiler. Subsequent to the contractor visiting, the traveler mentioned again that the hot water did not work. I went myself thereafer and tried the hot water (just after the traveler had left as I had not had time during his stay). Boiling (actually I had the opposite issue which was I could not get enough cold water to mix) and assumed that the guest just failed to turn on one of the required switches for hot water (directly outside the door to the shower and in the kitchen as a spur switch which controls the boiler). The next guest went in and did not complain about the hot water. Nonetheless, by that time things were already running their course and by the end of the next guests stay, we changed the whole shower unit. No complaints since then but obviously monitoring the situation. Thank you for your review.

Ottima sistemazione a un ottimo prezzo

Quest'appartamento é ben localizzato e raggiungibile facilmente sia dalla metropolitana che dall'aeroporto di London City.

E' vicino ad una strada trafficata anche di notte, ma se visitate Londra tutto il giorno sicuramente sarete stanchi e non sentirete niente.

Vi consiglio di valutare questa sistemazione prima di prenotare il volo, in quanto ci sono molti voli dall'Italia che vanno direttamente

a London City e magari potete evitare di andare a Stansted e passare mezza giornata negli autobus della Netional Express.

Fab base for sight seeing

Quiet area (rarely noticed aircraft noise), easy access to Docklands Light Railway (1 hour from door to central London), you get what you see in the photos (clean flat, bed linen and towels provided).

Would recommend and rent again.

Excel, City Airport

Connections to London could not be easier. The traveller has a number of choices in terms of how to get in. While London City Airport DLR is a five minute walk from the apartment and gets you in 8 minutes to Canary Wharf or 15 minutes to Bank Tube Station. There are many buses as well as a British Rail Line which also connect into Central London.

Closest important infrastructure would be the Excel Centre Complex with its myriads of restaurants as well as nearby Canary Wharf while the nearest museums and sites of interest would be the Royal Arsenal Gunnery Museum, Greenwich Royal Observatory, Greenwich Maritime Museum, the Docklands Museum and of course the Tower of London.
