About Nicole Bennett
We are a family of four, with 2 daughters and a staffy dog called Ruby, who is a big part of the family. We live in the Adelaide Hills with 4 chickens on a small acreage and we enjoy spending time at the beach when we can take a break from work to go fishing.
Nicole Bennett purchased this House in 2012
Why Nicole Bennett chose Normanville
We love Normanville and Nicole grew up here, learnt to swim at the beach and went to school locally. Our 2 daughters are now able to spend time at the beach with our dog Ruby, who also loves the water. We enjoy sharing the wonderful beach side lifestyle with visitors who want to experience the same thing with their friends and families.
What makes this House unique
We decided to purchase this block of land and build our ideal holiday home back in 2012. We designed it to accommodate our extended family so everyone can have their own space and still feel together. It's in the ideal location with the main street shops and pub at the end of the street and the beach 800m away. Whenever we are there it's total relaxation!

Shame about the rain
The property is well placed in Normanville, a short walking distance to everything in town. A lovely property, suitable for multiple families. Could do with electric blankets on the double beds.
Fantastic for a family weekend away
We were very impressed by the facilities and the feel of homeliness at this property. Fantastic for kids with the backyard being secure. There were a lot of mozzies, but this isn't the owner's fault!
Thank you for providing feedback on your stay, we're glad you enjoyed your trip and sorry about the mozzies - perhaps a result of the recent rain, as it's not something we've heard about before. Regards, Nicole
Good location and good size home for bigger groups
Visited with our 3 kids and 2 grandparents and there was plenty of room for the kids to play, the big toy room was definitely a plus.
You're just off the main street, so it's an easy stroll to shops and pub.
Not that it was the owner's fault but there were lots of mozzies around, so definitely take repellent with you.
The owner was always quick to respond to any queries, would definitely consider staying here again.
Beautifully kept home
Neat, clean, comfortable home in a great area that is very quiet!
Thank you Leanne for your kind words, we are glad your group enjoyed their time at White Sands Retreat and we hope to welcome you back soon! Best wishes, Nicole
Very nice house.
This was a great spot for our brief getaway. A few minor issues. No instructions for the TV and couldn't get it to work. Same goes for radio. Also, had to find an extension cord in the garage to get the gas heater to work. Otherwise, very clean and comfortable.
The house is perfect set up as home where families can come together and enjoy time together
We had a great stay was my mums 70th and first without my dad. The house accomodate my family, and both my sisters family. It enabled us to all be under the same roof and just enjoy some family time. The house had everything we could possibly need and would recommend to all families. We are already planning another stay we enjoyed it that much
Thank you Jacqui for taking the time to share your experience at White Sands Retreat, we're glad you enjoyed your stay and we look forward to welcoming you back again soon. Regards, Nicole
