This very comfortable two-story townhouse offers a picturesque view of the park and ocean. Its convenient location allows for a quick walk to the town center, where you can explore the local attractions and amenities.
Downstairs, you will find two bedrooms that can accommodate up to five guests. The bedrooms feature two queen beds and one single bed, ensuring a comfortable and restful sleep. The bathroom is equipped with a bath, separate shower, and a separate toilet. The renovated laundry includes a washing machine, providing convenience for your laundry needs.
Upstairs, the open plan kitchen and dining area create a welcoming space for meal preparation and enjoyment. The kitchen is equipped with a microwave and dishwasher, making cooking and cleaning a breeze. The dining area is complemented by an LCD television, allowing you to catch up on your favorite shows while enjoying your meals. The living area features another LCD television, a DVD player, and a CD player, providing entertainment options for your relaxation. Ducted reverse cycle air conditioning ensures a comfortable temperature throughout the townhouse. A second toilet and vanity are also available upstairs. Loved the location and facilities. The new kitchen was great and so well stocked . A beautiful spot to walk to town, cafe, shops and restaurants . Lovely walks all around. The accom was well appointed with lots of living space and big rooms . Clean and well organised.

Not enough info on how to access the property. It it hadn't been for a neighbour who directed us to the rear of the building to find our garage instead of in the front as photo on advert indicated.
