Fairway Views is a modern 2 Storey holiday house overlooking the Cowes Golf Course. It's sleek & spacious modern design combines contemporary living with classic beach house themes.

Ample space for a large family with two separate living areas. Both with comfortable modern lounges and flat screen plasma televisions. There is also a games room for the kids in the garage which is fully plastered/ polished concrete floor. Includes wall mounted flat screen television, pool table.

The property has 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms & 2 living areas + games room in garage.

Stretch out in the sun on the north facing deck, read a book and enjoy the view, relax in the spa, walk to Tenpin Bowls or the cafe strip, or even have a hit of golf!

Kitchen leads to large deck/balcony, outdoor entertaining area with table (seats 8) with built in BBQ. Bay views.

Dining room: Contemporary dining table can sit 10 people.

Lounge room: Very spacious with 5 people modern couch/ also 3 seat modern couch. 50 inch Panasonic Vierra plasma & DVD. Couches which can convert to 2 singles.

Split system air-conditioner/heater.

DOGS ARE NOT PERMITTED INSIDE THE HOUSE

STRICTLY NO SCHOOLIES OR GROUPS UNDER 25 YEARS OF AGE. (With the exception of children accompanied by parents)

PLEASE NOTE: There is a strict NO PARTY policy. The house is located in a residential area and noise and public disturbances will not be tolerated. Guests will be asked to leave the premises without notice should noise or nuisance complaints be received or if the number of guests exceeds the number confirmed at time of booking.

PETS: ?Pets are allowed but must have been mentioned during the booking correspondence. Specific information regarding the pet ie type/breed must be given. Please be aware that pets are to be left strictly outside only, if the cleaner finds evidence that pets have been inside (hair), there will be an extra cleaning charge. (please ignore this if you have not organised to bring your dog).

* Please make sure to pick up your dog's droppings. This is your responsibility to do this. Please use a plastic bag and dispose of the bag in the outside rubbish bin.

* If your dog is a compulsive barker or tends to bark more in unfamiliar environments you may want to consider ?leaving him/her at home. Dogs that bark relentlessly have been an issue with the neighbours in the past at this particular property. To ensure you have "quiet enjoyment" of the property the owners and management would prefer the peace be kept.

Calender & Pricing

Please note: If you are requesting a stay for Saturday & Sunday nights and the Friday night is available on the calendar then the tariff will be charged at the weekend rate.

Please note: the minimum cost for a two night stay (even during low season) throughout the year is $500.

The calendar is always accurate. If the days are not blocked out this generally means they are available, on certain occasions there may be a pending booking in the system that has not confirmed by means of a deposit or full payment.

Please refer to the rate column style pricing below as it is 100% accurate. Also please note that depending on your date selection at certain times of year there may be cheaper rates available so please send an enquiry email even if it appears out of your budget price.

Please note : If booking weeks/months in advance payment is required when initial booking is made. If this option is not suitable then a deposit is required and in peak times is non refundable if you decide to cancel and that time cannot be re-booked.

We also require a bond in some cases which is fully refundable after your stay.

Weekend and Long weekend Stays may have a later checkout but must be confirmed with the property manager. Standard checkout is 10am.

Great house

Great modern house fairly clean few odd spots that weren't! The upstairs couch was appauling really disappointed with how old and weathered it was in comparison to the rest of the house I actually didn't want to sit on it but otherwise everything else was great!

Owner's Response: Hi Jen, thank you for your feedback we appreciate it. We want to reassure our future guests that the upstairs lounge suite has been replaced which can be seen in the photos. There is now a brand new 3 seater with chase and another 2 seater.

Fabulous Holiday House

We loved our stay at this beach house. After reading some of the comments left by others we weren't sure what to expect but once we arrived it was evident that any previous issues have all been sorted out. It provided everything that we needed. The house was modern, exactly as advertised, clean and spacious. The two living areas were a bonus as the kids had their own space downstairs and in the games room. The views were really nice and the backyard is huge and well set up including the spa! We'd happily stay again.

Needs some general maintenance

We loved this house, spacious , modern and clean inside, fantastic views, but it definately required some pre season maintenance. There was no way of lighting the BBQ, the ignition was broken, and it seems the fat has leaked through the deck onto the paved area below. No external lights worked on the deck or the back yard. All the external windows and sliding doors were dirty and covered in cobwebs. The mattress in the main bed room, needs cleaning, quite unhiegenic. And other minor things, like no spray cleaner in kitchen, all hand wash dispensers empty on arrival, lamps with no globes, candles worn down etc. These are all things which could have easily be fixed, in prep for peak season when guests are paying premium prices.

All the items you mentioned have been addressed and resolved or fixed. We do apologise for any inconvenience and we thank you for bringing them to our attention, with the busy period it would appear as though some important aspects of the cleaning routine were missed. We want to reassure future guests that the new cleaners adhere to a very specific and detailed checklist so that these types of let downs do not occur in the future.
