About the property

Village of St Drigent, for 4 people, large garden, internet

At the end of the village of St Drigent (Crozon), dead end, quiet, come and enjoy this haven of peace with neighboring nature, sea and birds bird sanctuary pond kerloc'h.

This traditional house of the 18th century completely renovated, and bright, you will enjoy the charm of stone and modern comfort. It gives on a terrace, a very big raised garden and an orchard without opposite.

Hiking trails nearby, you can quickly reach (10 minutes) the beach kersiguenou or pond kerloc'h.

A bit of modernity with Wifi Internet access.

The house is rented from Sunday to Sunday in summer, from Saturday to Saturday during school holidays.

We accept courses stays out of season (3 days minimum).

Possibility to rent towels and sheets.

Such an anchor, the Crozon peninsula on the card at the western end of Europe. Crozon, its capital, is its real administrative and commercial center.

Of the 8032 hectares of its territory, its 8060 inhabitants live in more than 150 villages and localities which particularly stand out five urban centers: Crozon; Morgat its port and seaside resort; Freight relationships with Brest harbor; Tal Ar Groas road communications node; St. Hernot heart of one of the most beautiful natural areas in Britain.

The sea is the common denominator of economic activities in the municipality. It is the support of tourism development (water sports, nature tourism, resort, ...) while continuing to be the workplace for fishermen and shellfish farmers.

Agriculture, respectful of its environment, is dominated by livestock and forage production, but spaces will remain free to develop new forms of agriculture (organic) The major advantage of Crozon remains outstanding setting life.

Located at the bottom of the loop of Dinan, Goulien Kersiguénou and sandy beaches are exposed due west: beautiful waves get there. Surfing, windsurfing, kitesurfing, sailing, stand-up-paddle ... this is the most popular beach throughout the year. The baïnes are not formed here, so swimming is completely safe

Maison très agréable.

Nous avons passé un séjour très agréable dans une maison chaleureuse , joliment décorée et bien équipée. La cheminée avec son insert et la mise à disposition de bois de chauffage par le propriétaire apporte une ambiance très agréable .

Maison très isolée, loin du centre ville, un peu sombre pour l'hiver. Par contre en plein été elle doit être très agréable et moins seule car dans le village beaucoup de maisons étaient fermées.

Heureusement que nous étions 2 couples.

Rien à redire au niveau de l'accueil et de la propreté.

Sehr schönes, ruhig gelegenes Haus.

Waren zum surfen dort. Haus ist ideal gelegen zwischen kerloch und goulien. Alles was man braucht ist vorhanden. Auch für Familien zu empfehlen . Alles super!
