Walking onto the cottage grounds and through the gardens, you will feel transported to a country garden but only steps to all the great restaurants and shops.

Hardwood floors, high grade furnishings and linens, flat screen TV, DirecTV premium channels, Wifi, private patio with bbq grill. Many many other upscale amenities. Designated parking space.

Just to let you know we checked out an hour ago, we had a wonderful stay. By the way, in the patio in one of the branches there is a hummingbirds nest in which we saw and witnessed the hatching of two eggs this week, thisnisna picture of the two babies sleeping in their nest. Mamma bird was out. It was interesting watching their progress this week. You may want to remind the gardener that they are there so he doesn't clip any branches. Lastly, We used the bq once but didn't know how to empty the ashes, so I left them, but in return we left you the lighter fuel for the charcoal. Thanks again for everything, and the wonderful soap you had in the bathroom, and of course the most wonderful linen in the world. (note: the guest attached photos of the nest and eggs and the new born hummingbirds which I have posted on the photos).

Santa Monica of years gone by.....

We so enjoyed our stay at the cottage, it is a little of old

Santa Monica, before all the large modern buildings took

over. Very quiet and comfortable and right off Montana which

made shopping and choosing places to eat very simple.

We will return!

Wonderful and cozy place to stay in a great location.

This place was perfect. Near the beach but also easy access to the city. Off off a Main Street, Montana - but also very quiet. Montana had lots of restaurants and little shops If you didn’t want to get in your car But if you wanted to get into Your car and get anywhere it had easy access to freeways are main roads. Only A mile from the beach which was also wonderful. We loved being here, heading out for a day and coming home to this wonderful spot.

Fantástica

La "cabaña" es tal como la muestran las fotos: muy linda, cómoda y perfectamente mantenida. Además su ubicación es perfecta: a pocos metros de los restaurantes y tiendas de Montana Av. y al mismo tiempo completamente recluida del ruido.

Evelyn es muy amable y está siempre atenta y disponible para contestar dudas y resolver cualquier inconveniente.

Great place to stay in Santa Monica

The cottages were perfect for our visit. #2 is very private, not on the street or alley, Very true to the pictures. Wonderful neighbourhood with fantastic restaurants and shopping, 10 minute walk to the beach. Bike share one block up. Evelyn responds quickly to messages, no problem with check-in or out. The dedicated parking stall is very important in Santa Monica, there is very little street parking. Would definitely stay here again.

This place is a gem!!

Very charming, clean and comfortable property. Excellent location! Close to grocery stores, restaurants and coffee shops. Safe and quiet. Evelyn communicated everything we needed to know and we easily settled in without any difficulties! We will definitely stay here again on our next trip to Santa Monica!! Highly recommend.
