This recently refurbished unit has Wifi, cable and underground heated parking. Leave your car parked in the garage and walk to all of the great shopping, restaurants, bars, clubs...

  • Yes, it has a bathroom too. No tub but a rather large shower. We'll provide towels, shampoo and soap. Breckenridge is pretty dry, especially in the winter. Drink a boatload of water and moisturize! Thankfully the grocery store sells lotion should you forget (or maybe TSA borrows it)

  • We stuffed the biggest, most comfortable bed we could find in here since you'll need the best sleep possible after spending all day outside. I do want to mention that if you're a very light sleeper, you may not have the best stay. This is an end unit next to a street and you will occasionally hear a truck or bus. Also, you may get some noise from the adjacent stairwell if people are heavy-footed or they slam the door. I consider myself to be a light sleeper and brought up a white-noise machine to help with this. I will occasionally wake up but fall right back asleep. It's not bad but I don't want you to be surprised by anything here. Hope that makes sense.

Great Location, Great Property, Great Stay!

My husband and I stayed here over the Fourth of July and it was just the perfect location - walking distance to shops, food, and activities! We only used our car when we took a quick day trip over to Vail! The place itself was extremely clean and well stocked with everything you might need. The grocery store was right across the street as well which was convienent. Jon was a great host and made the whole process quick and painless (this was our first time using VRBO). If we ever find our way back to Breck, we would definitely stay here again!

Amazing, modern place in the heart of Breckenridge! Close walk to everything!

We really enjoyed our stay here. The place is very clean and modern. Great kitchen and living room with a nice, comfortable couch. We loved the bathroom and the master bed was huge and super cozy. You can’t beat the location. We’ve been coming to Breckenridge for many years and we’ve never had as great a location as this. Steps from Main Street and fantastic restaurants. We walked to everything, including the gondola. The owners were fantastic and easy to communicate with. We’d stay here again in a heartbeat.

Location, Location, Location

First, it is in the perfect location, about a half block from Main street, where all the restaurants, bars and stores are located. We walked everywhere. The unit was very nicely appointed and everything you might need was there.

I would definitely come back next time I travel to Breckenridge.

Fantastic place in Breckenridge! Would comeback in a heartbeat.

Came up to this place for my wife's 21st birthday, and it was fantastic! We especially loved how close it was to walk main street (only a block away). The place itself is very nice, and feels like home after a long day of walking and/or hiking.

My dad also let us borrow his Audi TT roadster for the weekend, so the carport/garage that came with this place was perfect.

For anybody who stays here in the future, I highly recommend checking out "La Francaise" on Main Street. It's literally around the corner from this place, and they sell the BEST almond croissants we've ever had in our life (we had to get one every morning, lol). They serve really good lattes, and sandwiches too.

This place made our weekend a memory we'll never forget, and we hope to come back one day whether it's for skiing/snowboarding, fly-fishing, hiking, or simply just a Colorado getaway!

First VRBO so husband & I we’re very nervous! When we arrived @Breck we breathed a sigh of relief. The room was FANTASTIC ; well stocked, clean, accessible to everything. The view was Awesome. There was no noise yet Main St was just a short block away. Never heard “neighbors”. Felt like we were part of a Christmas scene with the snow, beautiful town, & a fireplace to boot! Definetly would return; thank you Jon!!!!

Our place is close to everything! Less than a block to Main street and many outstanding restaurants. ~2 maybe 3 blocks to the Quicksilver lift, 1 block to the bus stop (French & Jefferson) that would take you to the gondola (about a 10 min walk). There is a great little grocery across the street as well as a liquor store.

Park your car in the garage (limited space) and walk everywhere!
