Get ready to have the ‘Thyme’ of your life in this award winning ChiMar construction home in Seacrest Beach! Beautiful hardwood floors, granite counter tops, stainless steel appliances and heavy crown molding throughout. The breakfast bar seats 4 guests and the dining table seats another eight. The open concpet living spaces on the first floor give room for everyone to gather! The covered back porch has seating and the paved patio has a grill, seating and a swing. The first floor bedroom has a king size bed with a private en suite that includes a single sink and shower. There is also a powder room on the first level.

The second level hosts three bedrooms including the primary suite with a king size bed, a private covered balcony and en suite with a double sink and shower. There is another master suite complete with a king size bed, a private covered balcony and en suite with a single sink and shower. The third bedroom on the second level hosts a fun kids bunk room with 1 twin over full bunk and an additional twin bed, theres also an en suite with a single sink and shower/tub combo. The laundry room is on this level as well.

The third floor has one bedroom with a queen size bed and en suite has a single sink and shower. There is a wet bar with a sink, coffee maker and mini fridge, bistro table and access to the balcony.

This great neighborhood is situated between Alys and Rosemary Beach and is a short tram ride or walk to the beautiful Gulf of Mexico. A fabulous 12,000 square foot waterfall pool is also one of the many amenities Seacrest Beach has to offer.

Perfect location

Appreciated the 4 master suites. The upstairs green room stated that it had a foldout twin bed/chair. When we went to use it it was dirty and not useable. When it was unfolded it actually had trash in it. Also would’ve liked the upstairs landing coffee bar area to have a coffeemaker. Enjoyed the porches

Great for multiple families

We knew we needed space for our 4 kids (one being an infant), a separate space for us, plus a separate space for our babysitter and our cousins. This house was perfect! Everyone had a balcony and their own bathroom and the kids all fit in the bunk room! I would definitely stay here again!

Beach Thyme

The house and layout of the house were perfect for our needs. Great to have bathrooms off every bedroom. The kitchen was well stocked. The outdoor area in the back was so nice and loved the swing. This house could use a little updating. The rug in the living area and upstairs master need to be replaced. The aqua blue chair in the living area and upstairs master need to be cleaned. The kitchen area floor needs to be refinished so it will look nicer and be easier to clean.

Nice 5 bedroom house

This was our home base for 4 days while a group of 6 tennis ladies played a tournament at the Rosemary Beach club. We appreciated that all the bedrooms had their own bathrooms. The house and furnishings were all very nice. The kitchen was fully equipped with pans, dishes and utensils. There was a drip coffee maker and a keurig but no pods for the coffee maker so be sure to bring some. The only thing missing was a fan for the bunk room, which does get stuffy with the door closed. We went and purchased a small fan and it was much better. The remote control was missing for bunk room , but the house manager quickly responded and brought a new universal remote. Overall a wonderful house and nice stay in Rosemary. We would return to this house in the future.
