Good Location, Spotlessly Clean.

Parking can be a bit tricky but the overall experience was excellent. Door is on the ground floor, lounge/very well equipped kitchen and shower/toilet on first floor with bedroom on second floor. Nice welcome from the owner who provided some milk for our arrival cup of tea and offered us some collapsible chairs when we told him that we were going to the firework competition on the Hoe. Nearest bus stop (28) is virtually outside and more frequent buses (41, 42, 44) are a short walk down the hill.

Apartment was nice, Plymouth not so much.

  • 4 of 5

The apartment was what we expected having read the previous reviews. Great shower - powerful and plenty of hot water. Lovely comfy bed - which was odd because if was really soft which we don’t normally get on with but it was completely comfortable & supportive. Parking was also as previously described in other reviews. We have a Volvo XC60 & yes it was a “cosy” fit but we managed ok. A bargain of a holiday stay with great access to activities in Devon and Cornwall. Would definitely recommend.

A fantastic apartment, great location, well presented and very well appointed.

  • 5 of 5

The flat was very well appointed - a fully equipped kitchen, TV, DVD, ironing board, washing machine, trouser press! Very clean with bedding, towels, cleaning materials. Luckily most of the local hotels were fully booked and this was our first try with a serviced flat - it was great and I would recommend this flat to anyone! Coffee, tea and sugar with fresh milk in the fridge! Fantastic service! Really quiet :)

Ideally situated for travelling around Plymouth

  • 4 of 5

A very convenient, comfortable flat. It had everything we needed and there were plenty of buses into Plymouth so we never had to take the car. Parking in the allocated space was a bit tricky unless you have a very small car but there is parking just round the corner
