Great holiday let!!
Very clean & well presented, made for a very enjoyable stay. We did not want to leave!! Hoping to return in the near future, cannot recommend highly enough. Off road parking was a bonus & the tea, coffee & milk was a nice touch. Excellent.
Nice Location , not far from town
A nice, well appointed flat with its own entrance.
At first we had problems connecting to the wifi but this was our fault. There are two wifi codes in the info pack, if the first is no good try the second. We missed it at first but it is in the pack.
Flat was clean and had everything we needed.
A lovely stay, will definitely stay again.

well kept property in an area where many of the large houses are in need of renovation
Well appointed apartment, comfortable, good quality bedding, very clean. Bonus is the balcony with views to Mount Edgcumbe and Hartley. Good shower lots of hot water. Would highly recommend this apartment to anyone visiting Plymouth. Easy access to buses to all areas.
Good Location, Spotlessly Clean.
Parking can be a bit tricky but the overall experience was excellent. Door is on the ground floor, lounge/very well equipped kitchen and shower/toilet on first floor with bedroom on second floor. Nice welcome from the owner who provided some milk for our arrival cup of tea and offered us some collapsible chairs when we told him that we were going to the firework competition on the Hoe. Nearest bus stop (28) is virtually outside and more frequent buses (41, 42, 44) are a short walk down the hill.
Exactly what the other reviews said basically a spotless, cosy place to stay.
A great base for exploring south Devon and north Cornwall. Great rear views of city

the flat was very clean and comfortable there was no need to use your car as the bus into Plymouth was just around the corner
