Our apartment is located in the city centre, in a top position, in the first district of Vienna.
The house was built in 1902 and rebuilt after the war.
The apartment is in the second floor (lift) and have the flair of a Viennese old building with a ceiling height of 3.30m. We have recently completely renovated and tastefully furnished. Two entrances provide different impressions. The main entrance at the “Passauer Platz” is located in close proximity to the church of “Maria am Gestade” and from the entrance “Salzgries” you can enjoy the view of historic Baroque buildings. Numerous shops for food, pharmacy, hairdressers, cafes and restaurants are in close proximity and just 5 minutes walk to St. Stephen Church.

We stayed here for three weeks in June-July 2014. (The date function in the reviews only allows me to post back to one year from today.) It was a bit of a last-minute find, but we couldn't have asked for anything better. We loved the area and the ease of taking the subway from Schwedenplatz. And once we figured out the streets, we found we could walk to popular places easily, too. The apartment was much more comfortable than a hotel, and Sahin was beyond amazing in helping us with directions, recommendations, and just welcoming us to Vienna. Our departure travel plans got seriously derailed, and he was extremely helpful on what was a very stressful day for us. We'd love to stay here again and have recommended it to family and friends.

We didn't have the opportunity to meet Mr Sahin but he made sure that his assistance Dolores was there to help us. She was so friendly to explain everything around the apartment & how to get to places. she even provided us a cell phone with local numbers, her's, Mr Sahin's, Taxi's etc.... so we felt safe in case we need anything. the apartment was immaculate. Mr Sahin thought of everything that is needed to very little things. It's located in a very safe area, 2 grocery stores right across the building, easy walk to all major attractions, & to all Metro stations. We loved Vienna & definitely if we go back again we'll stay in Santa Maria apartment.
My wife and I rented this apartment for four nights from February 13 to 16, 2013. This is a superb apartment, even nicer than the photos. It is very large, extremely modern and very, very clean and well maintained.
It is very centrally located, in the first district, about a 10 to 15 minute walk to Stepanplatz, depending on how fast you walk. There are lots of restaurants and coffee shops in the vicinity, which also makes it a great place to rent.
The owner is super friendly and very helpful. He even provides you with a mobile phone, if you want to use it, to get in touch with him or even to make long-distance calls if you need to do so. He simply asks that you leave enough to cover the cost of your call.
We both highly recommend renting this apartment and we would definitely do so again. In our opinions, this is the best way to enjoy Vienna and this apartment cannot be beat.
This is a beautiful flat, very clean and well equipped.It is light and airy and has a nice feeling of space.It is decorated in contemporary style and comes with all mod cons. The flat is centrally located and nowhere in central Vienna is more than 20 minutes to half an hour away.
The airport bus stop is about 5 minutes away.There are two good supermarkets close by and the restaurants and coffee houses of central Vienna are nearby too.
If you want to eat in everything is in the apartment for you to cook good meals using produce from the interesting markets in the city.
The owner is very considerate and took time to explain how things work in the flat and where the local shops were.
Vienna is a beautiful city and this is a beautiful flat I would thoroughly recommend this apartment to anyone considering a vacation in Vienna. We had a great time!
This is a really comfortable apartment in a very central location. It is equipped to a really high standard with efficient underfloor heating which was much appreciated as it was very cold weather! It would be great for a longer stay and if you wanted to be cooking at home.
The owner was really cooperative with our arrangements and made us very welcome.
We would certainly book this apartment again when visiting Vienna.
