Surrounded by lakes and golf courses, this superb condominium has been proffessionally decorated to a very high specification in soft natural tones, and has superior furnishings throughout. Two bedrooms both en-suite, sleeps 4 people plus a cot for a baby. The master bedroom has Queen bed, tv/dvd, double shower, with further shower/bath, twin vanity units, and large walk in closet. The second bedroom has twin beds, tv/dvd player, large closet and storage space.Lounge area with cable tv/dvd, 3 seater and two seater sofas. Free High Speed internet access inside the condominium and also in the Community room. Large fully equipped kitchen with seperate laundry room with washer and drier. Seperate dining area with patio doors leading to sunny balcony with pool view table and 4 chairs. The condominium is 1276 sq ft in size, and has ample room for strollers, wheelchairs, golf equipment etc. Ample car parking. We have just returned from a fantastic 2 weeks staying at the condo. Location is perfect for Disney (15-20mins) and good for Universal too (25 mins). So convenient for the interstate and yet quiet and secluded. Condo itself comfortable, extremely well appointed, well maintained and immaculate on arrival. Loads of spare towels etc. Better than we had really expected from the written description. Hot air balloons floating past the window was very exciting. Extremely good communication from owners before, during and after our stay. Would definitely recommend to others (unless we wanted to go at the same time!) We loved Hollywood Studios, Universal and Islands of Adventure - 2 boys aged 13 and 10 so big rides were the favourites. Disney Quest was a great find too. Fab meal at Planet Hollywood, but "steak n shake" our overall favourite for surroundings, good food and value for money. Hated CiCi's Pizza buffet! Buffet Breakfast at Golden Corral responsible for considerable weight gain. We were there at Easter - parks very busy. Got up early and beat the crowds, then home in the afternoon for a dip in the pool. Thank you John and Cathy.

Very good for price

Very good communication.

Everything worked.

Management company 3 minutes away 'if' required.

Condo clean and comfy.

Plenty of room for us 2 couples.

Air con very efficient.

Lift to condo, last condo we used was stairs only.

Lovely, well maintained complex.

Loads of easy parking outside condo.

Easy to parks and eating.

No problems at all.

Would use again and recommend to family.

Great place to stay

Perfect place to stay for a small family. Local publix supermarket, mcdonalds, chemist and dunkin donuts as well as lots more less than a mile away. The i4 highway close with easy access to all the disney parks just off it.

Brilliant accommodation for an amazing holiday

This accommodation is spacious and clean and just what we wanted for our holiday. It is close to Disney, about a 10-15 minute drive, and yet we felt as though we were miles away from the high rise and neon lights of it all. The condo is very spacious and everything you need is supplied. The beds were comfy and the kitchen was very well equipped, much better than other places we have been to, and there was even a hairdryer in each bathroom. There is a supermarket just down the road and several places to eat, a chinese, pizza and Chilis. There are also a couple of petrol stations and pharmacy. The complex is quiet and the pool/hot tub were not busy at all. If we had not been so busy at the parks we would have been quite happy spending several days just around the room and pool relaxing. We would love to come and stay again.

The only suggestions I would say would be a better sign from the main road, as when we arrived we went past the turning a couple of times as arrived in the dark and the road is not well lit. The security gate took a little getting used to, but we found if we pressed * before the number, that worked, but these would be only tips for new arrivals.

I have already recommended this accommodation to both family and friends. It has been a very stress free, good value booking. Thank you.

6th Time Lucky

Firstly, thank you Suzie and Michael for letting us rent your fantastic condo for our 2 week holiday in Florida. This is our 6th visit to Orlando, and by far the best accommodation we have used. Previously we had stopped around the International Drive area, so were slightly concerned that we would have a long drive to the theme parks. No need not have worried, as the condo is a short drive from I-4 which right on the main route to Disney. I'm pretty sure it's closer to the majority of the theme parks, and is the ideal location for visits to Lake Buena Vista and Kissimmee for some excellent dining (which incidentally appeared to be more reasonably priced that I-Drive was).

As soon as we walked into the condo it was easy to see why everyone gave it 5 stars in their reviews. It was much larger than we expected, and very clean. Loads of towels, 2 bathrooms, living and dining areas and a fantastic kitchen. We could quite honestly have lived there.

During our stay we felt 100% safe as the complex is access controlled via an electronic keypad on the entrance gate. There is plenty of parking space, and thankfully no noisy neighbours.

As the condo has a washing machine and tumble drier, my top tip is to pack just half a case of clothes and then treat yourself to some top value clothes from the shopping malls at half the price you would pay in the UK (Levis, Timberland, North Face etc etc). We arrived home with 2 heavy cases full of freshly laundered clothes. What a nice way to finish a holiday.

We are looking forward to our next visit to Orlando. We will certainly be booking with you again.

Terrace ridge, a great place for your stay!

The condo was a really nice place to stay.

Very cozy and confortable!

The master bedroom is huge!

And the flat provides everything you need for your long term stay, washer and dryer are essentials for those who are stayng more than 15 days out in vacations.

Just a short drive to Disney and around half an hour drive to Unniversal, Sea World and the malls and outlets.

There're a lot of places near, to get food and home essencials. There's also a great Target market just the next exit from the condo from the I-4 and it was really empty compared to the one I went near Orlando downtown.

Hope to be able to come back there really soon!

Our condo is 3 miles south of 192 down Lake Wilson Road, and two miles from exit 58 of the Interstate Highway 4, and is Situated close to the superb golf courses of Reunion and Champions Gate and is 10 minutes away from Disney. The highway 192 is close by and offers a wide choice of restaurants, crazy golf, premium outlet stores, entertainment etc.
