This prestigious apartment building with guard is located in the heart of Cannes, on the eighth floor offering a wonderful panoramic view of the entire bay of Cannes. There is also a beautiful terrace with garden furniture and dining area.

This comfortable apartment consists of a wonderful white-painted bedroom with 2 large dressing rooms.

There is a beautiful bathroom with walk-in shower.

You will also find a lounge and a dining room, with bay windows to enjoy the wonderful view.

It is also possible to arrange a second bedroom, in the living room. An electrical isolation is installed, and it is possible to sleep in a sofa bed.

My Favorite Place in Cannes

This is my favorite apartment in Cannes. After 3 years staying here during the Cannes Film Festival, I will be coming back this year again to enjoy a comfortable and outstanding stay during the intense week of festivities and hard work. From the actual apartment layout, to the quality of furniture and appliances, to the location being a 3 minute walk from the Old Port and Palais, to the host being kind and incredible considerate, this is the absolute best place to stay in Cannes. It's so nice having an amazing place with an amazing view and right in the center and to feel so at home. I highly recommend to everyone!

Fantastic and extremely comfortable apartment

Staying in this apartment was a wonderful experience. The manager, Sylvie Rubinstein, was very attentive and provided an excellent service to ensure that I had a pleasant stay. One example of this was the thoroughly good maid Sylvie suggested, who can provide a laundry and cleaning service at low cost.

The apartment was more delightful and comfortable than described and it was very easy to settle into because Sylvie provided plenty of information about the surrounding neighbourhood.

As can be expected Cannes is full of excellent beaches, restaurants other night life but for more cultural adventures, be prepared to travel out of Cannes. Fortunately, the public transport was also very good!

Considering what other, much smaller, properties ask for in return, this was a great property and I was able to have a very enjoyable stay. I'd be fortunate if it was available the next time I visit Cannes!

a superb apartment with a breathtaking view

This is a modern, well decorated apartment with a breath-taking view from it's 8th floor terrace. The apartment is very well located within less then 5 minutes to the port, it was impeccably clean and everything was working fine. The owner's representative is a very kind and nice person, always making sure that everything was good and up to the standards. There was good communication throughout and everything was taken care of very professionally. I do recommend this apartment to anyone planning a trip to Cannes and we look forward to booking it again in the future.

It is located above Marché Forville, one of the most beautiful Provencal markets of the Riviera, with a wonderful view of the bay of Cannes.

Also, it is 3 min away by foot from Croisette, the mythical place of Cannes where all the world stars have left their mark. You can visit the promenade along the sea and the magnificent private beaches of Cannes where you will also find restaurants.

Here, you can also find the most beautiful boutiques, ready to offer clothing, handbags, jewellery, and a multitude of restaurants.

Let's not forget, the night bars, night clubs, and casinos for gamblers.

5 min away, you will also the Rue d'Antibes, the main shopping street of Cannes, with cinemas, restaurants, art galleries, pastry shops, bakeries, pharmacies, tea rooms, and ice-cream parlours.

In the adjoining streets are butcher shops, greengrocers, supermarkets as well as a daily regional market.

Tennis courses are also available very close by.

15 min away by foot, you will find the Palais des Festivals where conventions, Music awards,

Film Festival as well as other events take place all year round.

The Vieux Port is close and welcomes magnificent yachts.

Climbing and hikes lovers will also have a good time.

This is also a paradise for golfers, and you will find 20 golf courses in the surrounding area, all very nice.

Both in Cannes and in the hinterlands, there are many awarded restaurants, mythical cities like Colombe D 'Or in Saint Paul de Vence, where Yves Montandand Simone Signoret and César have stayed, all 30 min away by car.

In the winter, during ski season, you can go to Isola 2000 which is a 2 hours drive from Cannes, to slide down a little.
