Forgotten Coast - Apalachicola. Book now for Snapper Fishing Season - Sleep 6

This 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom, 1600 square foot condo is considered first floor but has 16 steps to front door (building is on raised concrete piers). Located just 2 miles from the center of historic downtown Apalachicola on Hwy 98 (with a view of Apalachicola Bay). We are NOT on St George Island or the beach.

Fully stocked kitchen with large island, dining table for four, 4 bar stools for extra seats at island.

Bed linens and towels are provided. Please bring your own beach towels and blankets. We do have beach chairs available.

Master bedroom has a memory foam king size bed. The master bathroom has a large tiled shower and double sink vanity. The second bathroom is a shower/tub combo. Bedroom #2 and #3 have Queen size beds. A roll away cot is available but please arrange prior to arrival. The unit has large closets with lighting and plenty of storage. Each bedroom has a flat screen TV. Local cable stations provided. Please have your streaming codes with you for apps. Ceiling fans in every room and the unit is equipped with a washer and dryer. You should find everything you need, blow dryers, iron/ironing board.

A private covered balcony overlooking the bay, a favorite spot for coffee or drinks. The side deck is HUGE! It is a quiet spot to sit, lounge, nap, or read a book with the cool bay breeze. We have added a propane fire pit on the deck. (Please turn off propane at the tank after use).

You will find the most wonderful fresh seafood here at our local restaurants and fish markets (Lynn's Seafood & 13 Mile Seafood).

Perfect Property

This was our 2nd stay at this location. The location is perfect and I can't say enough good things about Michelle and Tracy, they are the best!! Can't wait for the next trip!

Oyster Cookoff Getaway

Great location for visiting Apalachicola. Great stay with great host. Minor issues: one of the queen beds needs a mattress replaced (hole in the middle so uncomfortable for 2 people) & hallway bathroom hot water has horrible sulfur smell (it improved on day 2 but never went away, so all 6 of us showered in the master shower). Overall, a good stay & value for the money - definitely would stay again!

Perfect Weekend!

We were super impressed with our weekend rental, I read the reviews about how clean the condo was - and we wholeheartedly agree, it is truly the cleanest condo I have ever rented. The owners were so welcoming, checked in with us during our stay to make sure we were comfortable and if we needed anything. I appreciate that level of communication. We caught our limit of snapper and enjoyed them the second night, Kitchen had everything we needed to cook a fabulous meal. Beds and furnishings were very comfortable, condo was roomy with plenty of space, cannot say enough good things about this rental, we will be back!

Great place to stay!

Owners were incredibly friendly and offer an amazing place to stay in Apalachicola. Plenty of room for our family of four. We had a great, relaxing time enjoying the Fourth of July festivities! Can’t wait to go back

The owners have long careers in the retail business (large gas station chains, sporting good stores), security, state and federal law enforcement. Both are animal and nature lovers, sports enthusiasts, enjoy reading and spending time with friends in Atlanta, Blairsville and Apalachicola! One of their favorite activities now is going on dolphin excursions with Captain Cathy!

Why they chose this property

It only took a few visits to absolutely fall in love with Apalach. The property is perfectly located in the middle of THE MOST BEAUTIFUL BEACHES IN THE WORLD! We have St. George Island, Indian Pass, Cape San Blas, Port St. Joe and Mexico Beach. If we really miss the crowds, we can travel 56 miles to Panama City Beach. The fresh seafood is addicting and everyone moves with a slower pace and a gentle smile here. We are located only 2 miles from downtown historic Apalach and close to a couple of very convenient boat ramps.

What makes this property unique

Oysters, scallops, shrimp, crab, did we say oysters?!!! The restaurants here are simply incredible with the local daily catches. Fresh never gets old and the town is just that laid back "Mayberry" vibe. The fact that there is very little crime is a huge plus, although if you look really hard, you might find that rascally "Otis" around. We just love it here and love sharing it, so COME TO PARADISE! WE ARE WAITING FOR YOU!!
