2 bedroom house with separate guest quarters, sleeps 6 in two queen and two twin beds (can be joined to form a king, to accommodate a third couple). All bedrooms have en suite bathrooms, TV/DVD, and separate entrances/lanai from the exterior. Kitchen, wet bar, entertainment room, dining room, table for six on large covered lanai with covered grill. Washer/dryer in guest house. Off-street, gated parking. Just across from the Puako General Store in case you've forgotten anything. During their migration, you can watch the whales while you have your morning coffee! Small plunge pool perfect for reading, floating, and sipping cool beverages on a beautiful sunny day. Enjoy the sunsets, and a sundowner, on the deck by the seawall.

Impeccable by design and by vibe

This property is impeccable by design and by vibe. Stayed for a week last Christmas with wife and two daughters - tough crowd. They were happy. Hence, my stay was a rare week of rest and relaxation. A nice neighborhood and local store staff were super helpful. You cannot go wrong with this amazing property. We'll be back.

Heaven on earth

We cannot put into words how much we enjoyed our stay. The property has everything you could ask for and is super comfortable. Our family of four found it to be the perfect size and are already thinking about a return trip. The check-in and organization process was seamless. Our kids will never forget the thrill of waking up to the sea turtles on a daily basis and exploring the wonderful garden! My husband and I will never forget cocktails on the deck, watching those breathtaking Puako sunsets. Thanks so much for your hospitality.

Amazing tropical palace

To be on the waterfront with the amazing tidal pools and turtles around every morning as well as the spacious lanai and eating area couldn’t have been more enjoyable. I have never stayed in a more luxurious home - giant master bedroom with massive master bathroom. The one thing that took getting used to was full wall mirrors - I kept walking into the mirror think I was turning into a hall. Robert was so helpful and responsive to our needs and requests, it made our stay that much more enjoyable. Puako was a great quiet relaxing little town.

BEST WEEK EVER on the big island

We've been coming to Puako Beach Drive for 15 years, and this is by far the most wonderful property we've ever had the pleasure of staying at. The space is SO much larger than photos let on, every space in the house and yard is comfortable and so well thought out. I can't wait to come back. We stayed with 6 adults and two small toddlers and this was plenty comfortable. Great location on Puako Beach Drive between two wonderful shore access points, 2.5 minutes from Beach 69 and just 5 mins from Hapuna. Directly across from the general store and the Puako Beach condos (we had several folks stay there due to convenience and it was wonderful!). Here's a few notes of interest that weren't apparent via the listing: The pool isn't heated (but it's LOVELY) and has a nice shallow shelf and then a deeper plunge portion, but it does stay shaded most of the day in the winter months. The living area is HUGE, the photos do not do it justice. The yard is PERFECT. There was lots of beach stuff available to us (a wagon, beach mats, boogie boards, lava shoes, and even tons of sunscreen). Pool floats and chairs were also included. The kitchen had everything we needed included great knives and cookware. It was just truly a fantastic place inside and out and i am already dreaming of going back.

Amazing getaway

Spent a week at this beautiful home. Robert is incredibly responsive and his local contact Charlie is equally so. The home is clean, well stocked, beautifully decorated, and the view is breathtaking. There is a little store across the street and a small beach within walking distance. Turtles visited every day in the waters in front of the home. While we did so some sightseeing, the purpose of our visit was relaxation and do nothing down time and this house did not disappoint. We would definitely recommend this home and would choose it again on our next visit to the Kona area. Thank you for sharing your beautiful home.
