The Space

You will love the relaxed sophistication of this Villa, located on Hill Street. Stylishly furnished with open plan lounge, kitchen and open deck, private plunge pool and garden, this bright and airy holiday property is fully equipped with all the essentials to kick back and enjoy your stay!

Slide back the doors onto the terrace that overlooks the pool area below, take a deep breath of the Sunshine Beach sea air and simply relax. The open-plan concept on living area creates an easy flow throughout and is lovingly furnished with eye-catching art pieces. A private BBQ for your personal use is located on our beautiful large deck off the lounge and kitchen area. The deck has lounge seating for six plus day bed and sun lounge. This is undercover making it usable during all weather conditions.

The two story Villa features an open-concept living area, contrasting textures and patterns, earth tones with travertine stone throughout, a flowing deck from the lounge, and a separate breakfast or dining space. Wash off from a the beach with a dip in the pool and then listen to the waves roll into Sunshine Beach from the deck whilst enjoying your holiday.

Lower level: The master bedroom has a King bed plus ensuite bathroom with shower & toilet.
The second bedroom with louver features has twin singles for families (can be pushed together as a King bed), with a 2nd bathroom servicing the second bedroom. The private plunge pool is for the exclusive use of guests of The Villa.
Laundry facilities include washing machine and dryer.
For guests comfort we have ducted Air-Conditioning and ceiling fans throughout

Overall lovely stay!

We loved our Noosa stay - the apartment overall was great. A little older in build but furnished beautifully! The kitchen was fully stocked with all the appliances and extras you’d need which was super helpful. We did have a hire car which made travel easy but if you don’t have a car it’s not that convenient in terms of location as it’s a bit out of the way from the heart of Noosa. Only sad thing is we were expecting to be closer to the ocean/be able to see it but it’s not in view. Other than that the place was lovely, clean and ready for our stay :) thanks Sacha!

Beautiful Sunshine Beach Unit

The property is in such a convenient location and is nice and spacious. The property was quite sandy and dirty and the bbq hadn’t been cleaned prior to our arrival, and the only power point in the kitchen didn’t work but Sacha was very quick to rectify these issues by having a cleaner and an electrician come in. Thank you for having us Sacha and for being so accommodating, we really appreciated it.
