This lovely 3 bedroom, 1 bathroom holiday home is located in a quiet court nestled between the front and back beaches of Rye. It is only a short stroll to the renowned Peninsula Pantry cafe (great for coffees and breakfast).
The property features a solar heated swimming pool set in a beautiful natural garden with a built in BBQ that connects to the mains gas. You can relax and unwind in your own private outdoor undercover lounge area with large couches overlooking the pool.
The living room has a large plasma Smart TV with Optus Fetch (with Platinum package) and DVD, which opens to modern kitchen with dishwasher, coffee machine (this takes ground coffee), microwave and a dining table for 6 people. The laundry has a washing machine and the bathroom has a bath. There is also free WiFi.
The property has air conditioning and ducted heating so you can be comfortable for a summer getaway or a winter escape.
