Blue Horizon is a 2 storey brick home with ocean and Green Island views, and a stone's throw to some of the best beaches in the world.
Wake up to the smell of the ocean and the sound of the waves crashing on the beach.
Enjoy a morning expresso coffee (as we have our very own coffee pod machine with refills in the house) and BBQ breakfast while watching the sun rise and shine on our large north/eastern facing sun drenched outdoor deck, before heading out to one of our many beautiful kid and dog friendly beaches to enjoy the day.
Return from the beach and soak up the afternoon sun, relaxing on our comfy sun lounges by your very own private pool, with your favorite book. Or enjoy a refreshing swim with the kids.
Spend the afternoon challenging the kids to a game of table tennis or pool. (This will keep the kids entertained for hours) Then relax and enjoy watching a beautiful sunset while drinking your favorite wine or beer on the sunny western facing front deck.

So much & so close
Manyana is surrounded by National Parks and a whole range of pet friendly beaches to suit different needs. The biggest decision is which beach to go to today. There is a beach protected in any wind condition. There are lots of kid and dog friendly beaches and rock pools, great snorkeling, diving & fishing spots. Or if you would prefer, just relax and swim in your very own private swimming pool.
It's only a few kilometers to Lake Conjola for more fishing. Berringer Lake for great water skiing. Bendalong has a boat ramp if you would prefer to launch your boat for some outside fishing. Local stingrays come in for a visit most days and if you are lucky they'll skim by you.
Historic Milton is 25 minutes away and has some fabulous Art and Craft stores, two pubs and numerous cafes and restaurants. On the first Saturday of the month Milton hosts a market where you can always pick up a bargain or two. Be sure to visit the South Coast's iconic 'Pilgrims' for a world class vegetarian burger.
For the golfer, don't forget your clubs, as there are courses only 25mins away.
For the walking enthusiasts the Pigeon House Mountain Climb is for you. The views from the top are amazing (don't forget your camera).
Manyana is located 2.5 hours from Sydney and Canberra and the beach is at your doorstep.

STANDARD TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Variations to these conditions may only be made by prior arrangements with the owner in writing.
CHECK IN / CHECK OUT
Bookings – Check in 2:00pm checkout 10:00am (Saturdays, Sundays & Public Holidays check in 3:00 pm)
Arrivals outside these hours must be prearranged.
To maintain a good standard for our guests we require certain conditions to be complied with. We appreciate most will respect our property but the occasional abuse requires that we state the following conditions.
Blue Horizon is a non-smoking house. Tenants are not to smoke inside any area of the house. If there is evidence of cigarette smoke inside the house a fee will be taken from your bond.
Disturbance to our neighbours, including excessive noise, is prohibited and may result in termination of rental and loss of bond.
Blue Horizon has a fully fenced yard so bring the family dog because all our beaches welcome them. (Please pick up after your dog on our beaches and in the yard)
Please note: If you wish to bring your dog please do but please ensure he/she is outdoors only and not to enter inside the house at any time. Please ensure he/she is well behaved, clean, dry and sand free. If there is any evidence of pets being inside the house or on any of our outdoor furniture a deduction from your bond will occur. Please also ensure you pick up after your dog within the yard (dog poo) not doing will lead to a further deduction from your bond.
Parties and Functions are strictly prohibited. The price charged is for domestic use only and not commercial. Accordingly this rate does not allow for the extra wear associated with functions in terms of cleaning, garbage removal, wear and tear, repairs etc. Use contrary to this may result in loss of your bond and/or additional payments.
Tenants are responsible for any damage, breakages, theft and loss to property and will be charged for repairs and extraordinary cleaning costs.
Departure – Check-out time is 10am by the latest, to allow time to prepare property for next guests. A late check out may be arranged prior to check-in.
Tenants are expected to leave property neat and tidy including washing up and/or emptying the dishwasher. The property should be left in a similar state to its condition on arrival. A cleaner will attend the property once tenant has vacated. If a more extensive clean is required you may incur an additional cleaning charge. A copy of the invoice can be provided to you.
On departure please put garbage bins at roadside for pick-up. Removal of excess garbage is the tenant’s responsibility. Please do not leave your excess rubbish on the property or beside either of the garbage or recycle bins. If this condition is breached you will forfeit all or part of your bond.
Tenants are responsible for the return of key and will be charged for replacement of lost keys.
Upon vacating please ensure all doors are locked, windows are closed and keys returned to the appropriate place.
Lost, stolen or forgotten property is the sole responsibility of the tenant. Blue Horizon will endeavor to assist tenants where possible to retrieve personal property; however no claim will be made on the landlord for loss.
A nominal charge will be made for the return of lost property.
Please report any machine breakdowns or breakages to the owner as soon as possible so that arrangements can be made for repairs and/or replacement.
Blue Horizon arranges cleaning, gas bottle refills & maintenance and reports to landlords in respect of the condition of their properties.
PAYMENTS & OTHER CHARGES:
BOND - The $500 bond is designed to cover any additional costs incurred including but not limited to, any breakage, damage or excess cleaning requirements, extra guests beyond those declared etc.
Please check your booking confirmation and contact Blue Horizon immediately should there be any discrepancy.
If due to unforeseen circumstances should this property not be available for the period booked, every reasonable endeavor will be made to offer alternative accommodation or the deposit will be refunded to you in full.
$90 cleaning fee applies at the time of booking.
Number of Guests should not exceed the number stated on the Confirmation Notice or subsequently agreed in writing or email.
Numbers in excess of this will result in a fee of $50.00 per person per night being charged or the tenancy terminated.
