About Graham Williams
Maz and Graham were married in 1970 and have three children. Our daughter lives in London, one of our sons lives in Bali with our two grandsons and our eldest son lives near us at Umina Beach. We are fully retired and love to travel, independently, to interesting countries with cultures different to ours. We love where we live: our home; our location overlooking one of the most beautiful waterways in the world; our village and beaches . . . and we are just a short distance from Sydney.
Small, quiet, house-trained dogs are welcome.
Sorry, not suitable for crawling age to 12 years
Due to past unfortunate experience, no cats . . . . sorry!

A little like living on a ship that never sails.
A great place to unwind and my family on their rock exploration found an amazing piece of petrified mangrove tree root. A lovely memento of our short stay.
A perfect getaway with spectacular views. A picturesque location and village.
Excellent! My wife has already asked me to book again next year for an additional night. Thanks for sharing your lovely home.
Inspirational views and lovely property!
We stayed here at Seabreeze for 5 nights in late Sept 2019, and loved every minute of it. We were blown away from the moment we walked down the stairs and saw the FABULOUS water views from the cliff-top location - just breathtaking! Whether sitting on the deck for brekky / lunch, or inside the well-appointed and comfortable apartment, the views are equally sensational with the sounds of crashing waves quite hypnotic and very relaxing. The apartment has everything you need, the kitchen is well equipped, nice bathroom, and the beds extremely comfortable. We took our dog and she absolutely loved it too. Long walks on the rocks below the apartment are beautiful, and you can also walk around to Pearl Beach cafe and up to the opposite end of the beach, which is off-leash for dogs 24 hours per day and great for letting your dog run and play non-stop! The local cafe is dog-friendly (outside) and really nice and relaxed, and so is the upmarket restaurant, Peals On The Beach (fabulous food - outside tables available for people with dogs).
The weather was a bit chilly for a few days that we were there, and often quite windy on the cliff-top, too.... but that was not a problem, as the gas log fire in the lounge room kept us cosy and created a lovely atmosphere for watching moves and reading books.
We absolutely loved our stay here, and highly recommend it!
excellent getaway, brilliant views
The accommodation was extremely comfortable and the view was spectacular, although there are lots of great things to do at Pearl beach it was difficult to leave the lovely view of the water, island and beaches. We look forward to returning.
Great Sydney Getaway
We had a great stay at the Seabreeze. Graham and Maz had left great instructions on how to check-in and how everything worked / where it was. Graham suggested a great dinner spot for a special occasion which we otherwise wouldn't have known. The view is even better then you would expect - we'll be back!
We have lost count of how many times we have stayed here, absolutely magic. Thank you so much for having us again
Pearl Beach is a hidden gem!
It is a small village made up of quaint cottages and multi-million dollar mansions in a natural setting of trees, shrubs and informal roads without footpaths or kerb and guttering.
All of the attractions within the village can be reached on foot, including the beautiful Crommelin Native Arboretum, which is 5.5 hectares of native bushland interspersed with numerous well-maintained walking tracks and is the home of a wide variety of wildlife.
The beach, tennis courts, restaurant, cafe and General Store are also reached on foot within a few minutes.
And for those who like a slightly longer walk there is a wonderful walk into the National Park to a waterfall and swimming hole. The round-trip will take about 90 minutes.
Another easy walk is via a fire-trail to the sleepy village of Patonga where you can refresh yourself at the local pub/restaurant. This walk will take around 90 minutes each way.
There is also a ferry service nearby that operates between Ettalong and Palm Beach where there is a surfing beach, a golf course, a walk up to historic Barrenjoey Lighthouse, an RSL Club, restaurants and connecting ferry services to The Basin and up the Hawkesbury River.
