The house is located an easy 10 minutes walk to the front bay beach and approximately 15 minutes to the back ocean beach. A short 20 minute stroll will also take you Blairgowrie Village Shopping centre where you can enjoy a coffee at one of the local cafes.
Blairgowrie is nestled between Rye and Sorrento and is a wonderful little village with a couple of great cafe's/restaurants, fish and chip shop, chemist, newsagent, bakery and a mini supermarket. Just 5 minutes drive to Sorrento and a few more to Portsea, it really is a fantastic location.
The Blairgowrie area is surrounded by coastal national parks with plenty of walking tracks for hours of fun.
If you are into golf then this is the place to come as the Mornington peninsula has some of Australia's best golf courses.
