Roomy and convenient
Enjoyed our stay here - lots of room to spread out, very close to the local beach, and no crowds.
Home away from home.
Our company needed a multi-month rental to accommodate 4-6 people. With multiple people staying over an extended period of time, there was plenty of space for everyone to do their own thing or to hang out as a group. The basement has a nice minibar, TV, and surround sound setup which makes for a nice environment to relax and have a few drinks. The upstairs living room is cozy and relaxing with a nice wood fireplace. The double garage allowed us to park our cars inside away from the weather. Even though we did stay over the winter we were still able to use the back deck and enjoyed using the grill to cook dinner. The neighborhood is small and quite and only a short drive from numerous local wineries and excellent small restaurants. I would definitely recommend this property for either large or small groups or couples.
Thank you so much Brandon. We really appreciate your review. You have been wonderful guests. Please contact us again if you would like to stay again!
Located in the heart of the famous North Fork wineries. This area is well known not only for its 60 vineyards but for its innovative farm-to-table restaurants as well. Southold has a rich history that began in 1640 as New York's oldest English settlement. Its heritage is evident as you shop and sightsee through downtown Southold, Greenport, Peconic, and Cutchogue towns. The Long Island Sound beaches are known as recreational areas for swimming, fishing, claming and watersports.
