Large house of 230 m2 on the seafront, opposite the island of Noirmoutier, with heated pool and secure, petanque and bicycles. Parking.

Quiet, new, very bright, large living rooms, tastefully decorated, fireplace, piano. Sea view from all rooms, electric shutters in every room, well equipped house and easygoing.

Five bedrooms, a spacious lounge / dining room, a fully equipped laundry room, cloakroom, 2 bathrooms, 2 shower rooms, 4 toilets.
Two large terraces of 30 m² with garden tables for meals, pool decks 100 m², heated pool 4x10m secured with electric shutters. At night, garden and pool are illuminated. Pool house including toilet and shower room / cloakroom.

Beach Safe 200m, coves accessible down the house. Shops and town center 7 minutes walking distance.

SPORTS AND LEISURE: sailing club, tennis club, beach club, cinema, library, market 2 times a week, fishing walking, windsurfing, surfing and kite surfing, hiking hike coastal path of Customs, natural site Pointe St Gildas, cycling (Vélocéan).

Nous avons passé d'excellentes fêtes de fin d'année dans cette belle maison de vacances. Le lieu est magique, la côte charmante, la vue magnifique. La maison est meublée avec goût, très bien équipée et agréable à vivre. Nous la conseillons vivement pour des vacances en famille.

Résidence superbe!

La maison est très agréable. Tout est comme décrit et spacieux. La vue sur la terrasse face à la mer est superbe. La piscine est très agréable et propre . Et tout cela dans une région très belle... on a eu le temps de notre vie!

Belle ambiance marine

Maison en très bon état et très agréable à vivre. Plusieurs lieux isolés dans la maison. La vue directement sur la mer est magnifique. Tous les ustensiles sont prévus et en parfait état de marche. Les vélos de la maison sont les bienvenus pour profiter des nombreux chemins aux alentours. Accès aux commerces locaux ou supermarchés très facile. Très agréable séjour en conclusion.

Ein himmlischer Urlaub

Wir haben einen wunderschönen Urlaub in Prefailles verlebt. Das Haus ist mit viel Liebe zum Detail eingerichtet. Unser Vermieter hat uns sehr freundlich empfangen. Er nahm sich lange Zeit, um uns alles zu zeigen. Das Haus war sehr sauber und gepflegt. Der Ausblick auf das Meer ist fantastisch. In 15 Minuten kann man zu Fuß in den Ort gehen. Es stehen einem auch Fahrräder zur Verfügung. Im Ort befinden sich alle Geschäfte, die man braucht. Die Restaurants sind zwar einfach, aber die Gerichte sind frisch zubereitet und von einer guten Qualität. Zweimal in der Woche gibt es einen Wochenmarkt. Ca. 8 Kilometer von Prefailles entfernt liegt Pornic. Eine etwas grössere Stadt, die zum Bummeln und Verweilen einlädt. Dort befinden sich Restaurants der gehobeneren Klasse. Wir sind fast jeden Morgen im Meer schwimmen gegangen (tidenabhängig). Gleich in der Nähe des Hauses befinden sich Buchten, die bequem zu erreichen sind. Ein kilometerlanger Wanderweg führt die Küste entlang. Vorort betreute uns ein Freund des Vermieters, den wir bei Problemen sofort kontaktieren konnten. Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen und waren sicher nicht das letzte Mal an diesem wunderschönen Ort. Ralf

Excellent !

Magnifique lieu de vacances familiales. Villa très confortable, meublée et décorée avec un goût très sûr. L'emplacement est idéal avec une très belle vue sur la mer. Equipement, commodités et propreté impeccables. Rare !
