holiday home 500m from the recent market 500m beaches and shops

Holidays walk or bike.

Recent house of full foot very bright and well equipped with fully enclosed garden, hidden from view.

There is a large living room with access to garden, 3 bedrooms two of which have direct access to the outside. All rooms are with tiles.

The nearby beach malaiguille (surf spot) beach Boulassiers. These beaches are sheltered from the west winds

they face La Rochelle, the Ile de Ré, the island of Aix and Fort Boyard right.

At low tide you can go fishing on foot.(shellfish, crabs ect)

Every day, the Brée maché to the bathroom during school holidays.

You have 7 bikes available free at your disposal in the garage.

Très belle maison, bien équipée, bien située et au calme. Pas très loin de la mer. Maison propre et jardin bien entretenu. Je recommande et une bonne adresse à conserver.

tres agreable maison

superbe maison , fonctionnelle et tres bien equipee. la terrasse,lejardin et la possibilite de rentrer son vehicule sont un plus tres appreciable.nous avons pesse un agreable sejour ;aussi nous recommandons vivement cette location qui est tres bien situee a proximite de la plage.
