No. 11 The Butter Factory

Modern and spacious apartment with a luxurious beach feel - only seconds from shops and beach with great views and holiday feel. Sleeps 6 in two well appointed queen sized bedrooms (one with spa ensuite) and a double bunk room (Great for children but only smaller adults!)

PLEASE NOTE : Minimum stay is three nights off peak and 7 nights peak (December to end of April)





The Butter Factory

The Butter Factory site was redeveloped into an award winning complex in 2002 providing the ultimate in convenience beach side living. Being only a one minute walk from the start of the shops and restaurants and three minutes from the beach you will be able to park the cars away in the double garage and relax for your whole stay

*Three bedrooms all with built in robes and en suite to main bedroom complete with corner spa bath. Two bedrooms have queen sized bed, third bedroom has bunks suitable for children/adolescents and smaller adults!

*Well appointed kitchen Euro style stainless steel appliances, open plan living with reverse cycle air conditioning

* Full laundry machine, dryer and clothes line

Short Stay in Apollo Bay
Richard and Jeni were perfect to deal with even when I did not read the instructions correctly to open garage door....Our accommodation was just as they described. Ground level is entry and double garage. 1st floor was a small 3rd bedroom and a spacious 2nd bedroom (our bedroom) with a generous bathroom and laundry. Up another flight of steps was the master with ensuite and a very spacious kitchen/ lounge / dinning area with floor to ceiling windows overlooking Apollo Bay and the hills. The balcony was also a decent size and was more than comfortable for the 4 of us. Overall a clean spacious accommodation walking distance to everything in Apollo Bay.

Fantastic location with everything you need
We stayed here for the Great Ocean Road Running Festival and it was fantastic. Location was perfect and the house had everything you could need. Communication with the owners was straightforward and stress free. Would definitely stay again.

Really enjoyable stay
Really loved our stay. The apartment was very clean and well presented. Fantastic location - minutes to beach and shops and with the supermarket right next door it was so easy to get supplies as needed. What a wonderful view from the balcony! When we arrived there was a small problem with the hot water and Richard attended to this very promptly to our complete satisfaction. Highly recommended.
