This vacation rental features, 3 bedrooms & 2 ½ baths. The main level has ½ bath, a cozy living room area w/queen size sleep sofa, dining area that seats 6, modern kitchen w/granite counter tops, stainless steel appliances, dishwasher and outdoor patio.

The Upper level has master bedroom w/queen size bed and en suite, 2nd and 3rd bedrooms w/full size beds and full bath. The upper level also has washer & dryer. Within walking distance to Shaw/Howard U Metro Rail 10min, Convention center 10min, Downtown attractions, including the White House and Monuments, Skateboard Park and Whole Foods and Restaurants in every direction! This vacation rental sleeps 8. After a day of taking in the sites, working or family gatherings, winding down in this lovely vacation rental is the place to be.

There is only street parking, a $100 refundable deposit is required for use of pass. If you have more than 1 vehicle a $25.00 fee is required to obtain a second pass which is nonrefundable.

Excellent stay in a safe neighborhood

We stayed here with my disabled veteran father in law and 3 small children and couldn’t be more pleased. The condo was very clean and spacious enough to spread out between doing touristy things. The location is perfect. A short walk to most of the Smithsonian said but far enough away that street side parking is readily available. When the kids are older, will def return to this listing.

Tastefully Appointed Rowhouse

Our family of four enjoyed stretching out in this spacious rowbouse. The pictures were accurate. The place was well appointed with all of the needed amenities including toiletries. The walk to the metro was short. There were various restaurants within walking distance. I would highly recommend Chaplin’s restaurant which was about two blocks away. We were met at the door by Sherman who allowed us to drop off our bags before check-in. He gave us the lay of the land before we took off on foot to explore the neighborhood. The only slight negative was a leaky air conditioning unit. We spent some time maintaining a wet rag around the leaky spot where it dripped out of the closet. It was minimal but still needed daily wiping or it would leak onto the floor. Overall, the apartment was clean, convenient and tastefully decorated to make our stay enjoyable.

Great location to feel like a local

Nice townhouse for a comfortable stay. My family canceled on me because of final exams, so I had the place to myself. Complete with all you need for a longer stay. Near Howard U. Metro stop and convention center. Easy walk to great restaurants on 9th St. Hoping to get my family back to visit.

A Great Home Base in DC

We found this beautiful townhouse to be a great home base in DC. We used Lyft to get around and found the Lyft ride very reasonably priced because the location is not too far away from downtown and the museums. The townhouse itself is beautifully appointed and comfortable, all we needed in the kitchen was there, it was very clean and even some toiletries were provided. Grocery stores are also nearby. A very pleasant experience. Thank you!

Great Thanksgiving weekend in DC

My husband and I spent the long Thanksgiving weekend in DC with our 2 adult children. There was plenty of space for all of us. The furnishings are nice and the kitchen is well appointed. There were plenty of little touches, too.... travel size toothpaste and shampoo in the bathrooms, as well as a few bottles of water in the fridge. The location is also good. Just a few blocks from the Metro and a couple blocks from Giant grocery. The only problem we had was the sink in the kitchen would back up when we did dishes or used the garbage disposal. Sherman, the property manager, was easy to get ahold of and very professional. Would definitely stay here again!
