A wet bar rounds out the amenities for entertaining. The large sofa in the lounge also has a full size sleeper mattress for additional guests.

A beautiful master suite includes a king-sized bed and ceiling fan - and a walk-in closet with dressing area. The en suite bathroom has a spacious shower and vanity area. Set on the opposite side of unit, the second bedroom provides two full beds and in-built closet. This bedroom shares a full bathroom (shower/tub combination) with any guests. *** All beds, mattresses and linens are new. ***

The condo includes three televisions, all with basic cable. A Smart HD TV with a sound bar is provided in the main living area and it includes all basic television and radio channels. It also includes on-demand pay-per-view movies. Regretfully, we do not provide premium channels, such as HBO, ShowTime, etc. We have also included dedicated high speed Internet for those days and nights you choose to relax in doors. (** Note: while we have a SMART TV, you must use your personal Netflix, HULU etc. accounts as we do not provide these add on services.)

The ample kitchen connects directly to the living area in an open plan large enough for entertaining - including a breakfast nook, wet bar and large dining table for 6. A full size washer/dryer in a large utility room, with iron and ironing board, allows you to do your laundry when and how you want without stepping outside your door.

Beach bound? We've even included a beach wagon, cooler and beach towels for those long days sitting seaside. Beach chairs/loungers are supplied by the resort; these are conveniently located on the beach.

For your vehicle(s). This condo has a single designated covered parking space. Additional parking is conveniently located in a guest parking area close to the building. We even have a free car vacuum and tire pressure check area to keep your vehicle tip-top without having to go off to the Key for routine maintenance.

Long leisurely days spent shopping at St. Armands Circle and loads of treasures to haul up? No problem. Our building features a covered entry and drop off area including trolley carts that you can load up right from your car and then take the elevator directly up to your condo.

New to the area? Scores of nearby attractions include the many entertainment options of Sarasota, as well as the Mote Aquarium, Shelby Botanical Gardens and Busch Gardens. Disney World is reached in only 100 miles.

Rates

Our monthly rates are posted, with a minimum 30 day stay in season. However, if you would like to book during a Public Holiday, such as over the long Christmas break etc. we may make an exception for a one time 'Event' fee of $6500 (for any period spanning a Public Holiday, not to exceed 2 weeks).

Long Term Renters: We are pleased to offer a rental period of 6 months or more off season between the months of May and November. ** Contact us for rates based on your specific dates.
