Upon your arrival at TRITON’S TERRACE, fill your senses with the smell of a fresh ocean breeze and slowly unwind to the relaxed rhythms of San Clemente. At once you know you’re in for a very special vacation!

TRITON’S TERRACE is a charming, UPSCALE, professionally remodeled 1,100 s.f. condominium home. It’s a 2 bed / 2 bath flat on the second story of a two story triplex located on the west or ocean side of Pacific Coast Highway in San Clemente.

This SPACIOUS vacation rental is designed in a dual master suite style. The layout is flexible enough to host two couples desiring an AFFORDABLE getaway or the perfect layout for that upcoming beach vacation with your family. TRITON’S TERRACE also offers COMPETITIVE monthly rates for those snowbirds wishing to migrate to a warmer climate during the winter.

A huge PRIVATE PATIO with umbrella, table, chairs, and BBQ are surrounded by a colorful potted garden of agaves and California native planting. The Juliette style balcony is perfect for a relaxed glass of wine while enjoying the sun setting on a busy day at the beach. There is a private, enclosed, single car garage for economy or compact sized cars. Don’t worry, there is plenty of street parking for larger sized vehicles..

TRITON’S TERRACE sleeps 6 comfortably. The Master Bedroom offers a California King bed and the second bedroom is furnished with a queen bed. The pullout sofa also converts into a full size bed. The Master bedroom has a 3 piece en suite bathroom with walk in shower. The second bathroom is also a 3 piece with combination tub / shower – both are completely remodeled.

Flat screen TV’s in the family room and both bedrooms, an open plan dining area that seats 6, and very cozy side chairs and sofa are just some of the quality furnishings found throughout.

TRITON’S TERRACE offers a full size washer & dryer in the garage. There isn’t central air conditioning (we don’t need it this close to the coast) but there are ceiling fans throughout to keep you quite comfortable during your stay.

The brand new, remodeled GOURMET KITCHEN is every cooks dream! New cabinets with under cabinet lighting, Corian counter tops, upgraded stainless steel appliances, and stainless steel sink with a view window are just a few of the special features. From the egg timer to the lobster pot this kitchen is outfitted with everything you’ll need!

Our temperate climate is GREAT for all outdoor activities including hiking, biking, golf, tennis, basketball, fishing, and horseback riding just to name a select few. For surfers and tourists alike our world renowned beaches are all worth exploring. Visit a different beach for every day of the week! Don’t forget the boogie board, beach chairs, sand toys & towels - all provided as a courtesy for our Guests use.

There are also ample shopping opportunities. Del Mar Street (San Clemente’s Downtown) is within walking distance where there’s shopping, antiquing, restaurants, and specialty shops. Historic Dana Point Harbor and Mission San Juan Capistrano are within a 10 minute drive. Within a 30 minute drive in either direction you will find South Coast Plaza, Irvine Spectrum, Fashion Island in Newport Beach, and a slew of Outlet Malls in Carlsbad and Oceanside. There are local live theatres, cinemas, museums, petting zoos, and much, much more.
