The residential park covers two hectares of land, five cottages and a wooden building reception building located there.

COTTAGES

The living space of 35 m² is designed to make your stay enjoyable.

Each cottage has 2 bedrooms, a kitchen, a living area, a bathroom, a toilet and a large terrace.

The decor is particularly neat and interior design is very functional.

Each cottage is equipped with comfort features such as: kitchen, microwave / oven, refrigerator ....

Along the left bank of the Lot stretches the medieval village of Ste Eulalie d'Olt. In the Middle Ages, the village starts around a castle. This village called 'Castrum' (castle) originally was a fortress surrounded by walls, ditches and flanked by towers. The present castle, in the village, was built in the fifteenth century. Its doors are decorated with the arms of the Curières family (which amounted to Ste-Eulalie 1205), its mullioned windows compete in elegance with those of the Renaissance, which makes it almost face. It is distinguished by its corner tower that hides an elegant spiral staircase.

By borrowing a lane, you reach the main square of the church. A first church was built in the village center, on a hill overlooking the Lot. Probably too old, it was rebuilt and fortified in the eleventh S. from the twelfth century. During the restoration work, it was discovered a stone altar called Deusdedit (tenth or early eleventh century.). This building reminds the famous abbey of Conques. It houses a reliquary bust of St. Thorn - two thorns, certified true crown. This reliquary walked through the village, during the procession that takes place every year on the second Sunday of July.

At the foot of the cross in front of the church, All Saints Day, takes place the famous auction "in Pool A '.

In the plot behind the church you will find during the winter flood the boiler.

A walk is required through the streets and narrow winding streets to discover the turreted mansions of the sixteenth and seventeenth century., Houses with walls of stones, with or without studs, and with slate roofs, the numerous details art and architecture that evoke the rich past of this small city.

You will notice the wood oven, the 'Moulin des Raynal', built in the eighteenth century. on the creek of the Serre, just before it flows into the Lot. Until 1954 the mill procured a flour quality and walnut oil. Patiently restored by its current owner, Mr. Alexander, the vertical wheel continues to punctuate the life of the flower village where you can stroll.

que du bonheur

  • 5 of 5
