BRING YOUR DOG to our spacious one-bedroom unit that features a king bed in the master suite, private master bath, an additional bathroom for guests (both with updated walk in showers!), a fully equipped kitchen which opens to a combination dining/living area and Gulf-front balcony.

***Pet rules-

Guest is to register pet(s) at front desk at a cost of $150.00 per pet. Pet must wear a registered leash tag at all times while on property. Pets must not exceed weight of 20 pounds and there is a (2) pet maximum*** (Dogs only)

Wonderful

Perfect condo for two people and a tiny pup! Updated appliances, dishes, silverware, etc... were appreciated. Awesome shower heads! The balcony view allows for a sunrise viewing, but, you can't see the sun setting from this balcony. That was alright, as we always enjoyed being on the beach at sunset. The Outlaw Barbeque restaurant down the street was great and provided a quick hot meal when we didn't want to cook and didn't want to drive very far to eat. We enjoyed our stay and would consider this place again. Four suggestions:

1. Supply directions for which channels to use to get TV and DVR to work. It took quite a while to figure this out.

2. Fix the plug shortage on the mirrored wall.

3. Fix the electronic bug that causes the room code to expire too early on the morning of checkout.

4. Reduce $150 pet fee, or at least provide a partial refund if there is no pet damage. The room costs enough without the extra pet fee, especially if the pet does not cause damage, which ours did not.

Condo great but access was bad

Pelican walk was very smart to us about getting a parking pass said the person we rented from should supply it . We have stayed at pelican just about every year the past ten either through pelican or vrbo so we love it this stay here.

We had to get the AC repaired the first day didn’t think much about it because things happen right. To enter the condo you have to use a code long code but ok worked fine till we ask for an extra day they changed code and said it was good till the next day at 10 am which was fine because we did not bring the dog and had to leave early in order to pick her up from kennel. At 650 am est we go down to get luggage cart and code would not let us in luckily we had our phones and started calling leaving messages we finally went to Waffle House across the street waited and called serval more times we got a code text to us 803. EST . We were late leaving had drive like crazy and what really got me was nothing from the management not I am sorry about the code nothing good thing the dog was not locked inside. So condo was great did enjoy the stay would not take my dog because of the code problems. Not sure how we feel about code entry after this visit.

Everything was very clean and all staff were very polite and helpful. Great place to go for a vacation. Pool was very nice. Beach view was great. A big thank you for the two beach chairs.
