Three bedrooms sleeping seven people

Comfortable, family friendly, pet friendly, holiday house

Two bedrooms with a queen size bed in each room

Third bedroom has one bunk bed (two single beds) & one single bed

Porta cot (you will need to provide your linen and blankets for porta cot)

Pillows and doonas provided for each bed

Guests are required to provide their own linen, towels and tea towels.

For our international guests we provide linen and towel hire.

The cost of bed linen and towel hire is $35.00 this is a flat rate for one guest or 7 guests.

Bed linen must be used on our beds and is a strict condition when hiring The Olives.

One bathroom with bath, shower and separate toilet

We are extremely centrally located, one block to Cowes restaurants & shops, two blocks to our north facing Cowes beach and childrens playground. One block to bowling alley, Kids fun shed & golf course, 5K to Grand Prix track. 10 minute drive to Minigolf, Maze, Koala Park, Penguin Parade & surf beaches. So convenient!

Fantastic place for a girls trip away, awesome place! Big yard for the kids / dogs. Cars safely tucked away behind fence. Sunroom at the back is great idea.

Absolutely loved it. The mattress on the double bed is better than my one at home and I slept like a log! Very clean house. The guests in the main room were also given chocolates! The louge suite was very comfortable, clean, and appealing. The only thing that was annoying was the lack off water pressure in the shower

Lovely, homey, comfortable property

We love coming to say at The Olives - firstly it is pet friendly and we love to take our little furbaby. It is well equipped and if we do want to eat in, everything is there. It is handy to Cowes and the shops. It is quiet so a relaxing holiday! It is a generally a lovely, comfy friendly cottage where we feel most at home because we love Phillip Island and surrounds!

Excellent House

The Olives is only two blocks from the center of Cowes and less to the new Coles and Woolworths, so close to the beach, again we have had a loverly stay, we keep comming back to this house which is very comfortable and clean, with a gated leafy rear yard for the kids to play

Fantastic property

We loved our stay close to Main Street and walking distance to beach. Extremely neat, tidy and clean. It had everything we needed and more. A lovely fresh beachy feel and the updated bathroom was a bonus
