Surrounded by national parks, harbour beaches, close to Manly and the famous northern ocean beaches. The house is situated in a quiet street and is open plan for easy living and flows beautifully. Huge bi-fold doors bring the outside in and you feel at one with your peaceful surrounds,like living up in a luxury tree house.

Relax on the balcony and enjoy amazing sunsets with a glass of wine or enjoy a BBQ with friends whilst the kids are swimming in the pool or unwinding in the heated spa.

The house

Our home is a large sunfilled two storey double brick freestanding retreat, with direct level access from the street or the large double garage. ie; no steps.

Sleeps 8.

4 large double bedrooms, 2 with own ensuite and walk in robe, 3 have queensize beds and the 4th bedroom has a set of bunks. All bedrooms have built-ins/& or desks and direct or wireless internet access. Extra single matress available.

You enter the home from the top level which comprises;

the state of the art kitchen, separate bar, study, guest W.C.,

living, lounge, dining, plasma, bose sound system with DVD, seperate living area downstairs with 46" tV and DVD. Foxtel on both TV's

main bedroom with stunning views, daybed, walk in robe, own TV and ensuite. Not to mention the large entertaining deck with inbuilt gas BBQ, which flows off the open floor plan.

Downstairs is a separate lounge/rumpus room again complete with TV, stero, DVD and Video, a very large laundry with a 2nd fridge and kitchenette, main bathroom with spa bath, bed 2 with it's own ensuite, bed 3 and bed 4. The downstairs lounge room flows out again to a large fully covered deck which leads down a few steps to the tranquil pool/spa area.

Location details

Our home is situated in a very pretty, quiet street, high on Dobroyd headland backing onto the national parks, and famous harbour foreshore walks. Our home is airy and bright bathed in sunlight daylong.

We have supurb water views across to Balmoral and Chinaman's Beach, with the city skyline as the backdrop.

We are only a 5min drive to Manly and the ocean beaches, and a 20min drive to the city centre. The Manly ferry/jetcat is also a very pleasant and popular way to travel to and from the city.

The harbourside beaches of Clontart and Castlerock are only a short walk away.

It takes 35mins to walk to Manly, but local buses are readily available, or use of our car optional.

The best thing about this location is that it is extremely quiet, relaxing and peaceful, yet only a stone throw from all the action, be it- restrauants, cafe, bars, beaches, popular walks or inner city attractions.

So come relax and truely enjoy !!!
