The Seawinds is located on the southern end of the beautiful white-sand crescent beach of Marco Island. Being one of the closest condos to the water, the Seawinds provides the sights and sounds that make Florida's beaches so popular. Our unit is on the 5th floor and directly faces the beach and ocean with unobstructed views. Enjoy panoramic beach scenery to the north and south, but the best views are those of sunset and the beach, directly to the west. Both the living areas and the master bedroom open to the lanai for unforgettable beach views. As owners, we want your visit to the Seawinds to be pleasant. Therefore, we visit the condo several times during the year to update and maintain the unit, making certain everything clean and ready for your vacation.

Our Booking process: We are represented locally by a national real estate company. They act as an independent party to ensure the safety of your rental transaction and to help make sure your stay is the best possible. They accept your payment, allowing you to charge to Visa if that is your choice, without additional fees. They are there daily to assure your questions are answered, keys are available, and provide any needed services in a timely manner. The owner of this property has been renting vacation rentals, working with the same Marco Island staff for over 6 years.

Great location with short walk to the beach.

The condo was comfortable with a great gulf view. It's a short walk to the gulf. The property was well maintained as was the pool and grounds. I contacted the owner with a few questions and he immediately responded back to me with answers. We'd definitely would go back.

Overpriced & outdated

Poor shower water pressure , impossible to adjust temp ,

Sliding door poor condition , hard to move, needs serviced

Owner's Response: As the owner, I feel this review is a bit unfair. The tenant called for service on a list of items but on arrival only a few items needed correcting, however those items that needed repair, were addressed quickly. Several complaints were not addressable as the pressure of the water was normal and the hot water heater was working properly but had simply been drained of hot water. The tenant did not mention any problems with the sliding door or bathroom lighting, but included them as complaints in the review. The tenant states that he did not get his money's worth because things were broken and the bathrooms were small and outdated. The truth is that the unit is a standard room which is neat, clean, and broken items are replaced as needed. From the photos, it is clear that this is a standard room, there is no granite on the countertops, no GE profile appliances. It has the basic amenities, wifi, a nice tv, and a beautiful view; all for a reasonable price.

Beautiful view

Unit was beautiful. Beach items need replacing beach cart mesh is completely destroyed zipper on the cooler broken beach umbrella auger made of plastic we purchased a metal one as well as a cooler. Toilets are extremely loud when flushed they need to be repaired. Otherwise we had a lovely time. Berkshire Hathaway not very helpful. Had to make numerous calls to them as we never received check out insurrections.

The Seawinds condo charges all guests $25 parking fee per car for your stay. The Seawinds administration will charge this to your VISA upon arrival.

Thanksgiving week-Add $100

Security deposit due at reservation. Fully refundable up to 90 days prior to stay.
All monies due in full, 90 days before arrival. Once the payment is made and you are inside 90 days, the condo has to be re-rented before rental amount can be returned, however if the unit can be re-rented, your money will be returned.

Owner's Cancellation Policy

  • 100% refund for cancellations more than 60 days before check-in date.
  • Service Fee fully refunded on cancellations that qualify for 100% refund.
