Superb panoramic views over the Bay of Saint-Raphael/Saint Tropez from this 65 sqm 2 bedroomed apartment. Situated opposite the red rocks of 'Esterel' there is a litte beach just opposite the apartment and a larger white sandy beach 2 minutes walk away with restaurants and beach bars.

This very green coast stretches along 8 km of inlets, fine sandy beaches and palm trees. The center Town of Saint Aygulf is just 2kms away and has many shops, restaurants and a great market, also there is the famous 2km long night market which is held every day during July/August between Fréjus and St.Raphael and is just a 10 minutes drive. The ferry boats 'bateaux verts' sail from Les Issambres and Sainte Maxime and takes you directly to Saint-Tropez port in 14mins, also available from St. Raphael.

KITCHEN: American kitchen with breakfast bar, fully equipped, induction cook top, dishwasher, microwave, oven, fridge, kettle, toaster, nespresso coffee-maker + drip coffee maker, dishes, glasses and all cooking utensils. Iron and ironing board provided.

I am English (nearly french)! I spent the first first part of my life in Africa and then in Paris where I have been living for 40 years!

I enjoy traveling and meeting different cultures, also enjoy sports, am dotty on all animals and I work for the french parliamentary television channel in Paris.

Very well situated only 45 mins from Nice airport,15 mins from the TGV station and the car-train at St. Raphael. For a beach holiday or winter break with easy access to St. Tropez, Cannes or the ski slopes, Italy or Monte Carlo you really can't do better!

Also excellent wines, you can go for wine tasting in the provence area which is a load of fun.

What makes this apartment unique

Fabulous position for this apartment opposite the bay of St. Tropez, amazing sun rises guaranteed, the cliffs of the esterel opposite are deep red with the sun sets every evening, lots of yachts going to and fro, easy airport access and of course the amazing weather, makes it a must!

Lots of very good restaurants in the area a selection of restaurant cards in the apartment all tested!

Fantastic Apartment in a Lovely Location.

We have just got back from a wonderful week in this beautiful apartment. It is light and airy, clean and tidy. We spent many happy hours on the balcony reading and watching the world go by. The small beach opposite is a wonderland for snorkelling and it doesn't get too busy. Market day in Saint Aygulf is well worth a visit too. It takes about 20 minutes to walk up the smaller road which runs parallel to the main road. We really didn't want to come home and will definitely be back.....soon.

Lovely spot opposite the beach

What a great spot - near enough to the attractions of the French Riviera while having the benefit of a peaceful location. The view is fantastic and the owners friend (who is the meet and greet person) lives 2 doors away in the same block so there is always someone on hand to help.

This was especially good for us as one of us had a broken foot. This lady made numerous trips to source us a wheelchair to use for the week we were there - she was absolutely fantastic.

Parking is right outside the block - the apartment is one the top floor (up 2 floors) and has only one neighbour so it is very peaceful. Everything needed is there but you will need a car to visit a supermarket - there is a small one in the village nearby but for a greater selection there is an enormous facility in the main shopping centre, about a 10 minute drive.

Great apartment

This is a lovely clean and well appointed flat as described in the advert. Great views over the Med and a nice wee bay opposite for sunbathing, swimming and snorkelling. There is also a nice sandy beach a few minutes along the road with a footpath away from the road. Nelly the caretaker who stays next door was very friendly, helpful and a good source of local information. I am more than happy to recommend this apartment.

Parfait pour de vrais vacances comme on les aime

Appartement très bien agencé et décoré avec tout ce qu'il faut, proche des commodités (petite supérette à proximité) proche des plages et au calme avec une vue magnifique ...en plus une assistance locale au travers de la femme de ménage en cas de besoin .
