Our Large Killington Home is +/- 5000 Sq. Feet Per Town Records (Accurate). There is an attached in-law apartment complete with 2 bedrooms, living room, full kitchen, and full bathroom. THE INLAW IS OPTIONAL PLEASE INQUIRE PRIOR TO GETTING YOUR QUOTE!!!!There is also a 600 square foot game room along with a 20 foot bar. The home is a cozy year-round retreat, that is in the heart of Killington. Main House Can Sleep 20 people in beds more than comfortably!!

The below outlines the Main House.

1st Floor:

Brand new kitchen with granite countertops, all stainless steel appliances, a large center island with a built-in fridge. There is a small breakfast area off the kitchen with a fireplace; The kitchen concept is an open floor plan leading from the kitchen to the dining room. The living room has a good size sectional, 2 arms chairs, fireplace and flat screen TV. There is also a second sitting room with a sofa/sleeper and TV.

First floor bedroom: There is a bunk bed that has a full mattress on the bottom with a twin on top. ( Room sleeps 3 ) of that is a private den with pullout queen sleeps 2 (total sleeps 5)

Renovated Bathroom has stand up shower, new vanity with marble countertop and newer washer/dryer.

2nd Floor:

Second floor bedroom 1: There is a bunk bed that has a full mattress on the bottom and twin on top. There is also 1 twin and 1 queen/full. ( Room sleeps 6 ) Ample Closet/Storage space/Built-in

Second floor bedroom 2: Queen/Master Bed ( Sleeps 2) Ample Closet/Storage space.

Second floor bedroom 3: There is a bunk bed that has a full mattress on the bottom and twin on top. There is also 2 other twin beds ( Room sleeps 5 )

Great place for our guys weekend!

Matt was a great host and the house was perfect for our guys weekend. We had 20 guys and everyone had their own bed and there was plenty of room for us to spread out without feeling cramped. The game room was perfect for our socializing time and the bedrooms were nicely spaced out so there was always an opportunity to escape the socializing and get some quiet time. Matt even had a great recommendation of a local pig roast company that brought in food for us. The communication was great, the house was perfect for our guys weekend and overall a memorable experience. I would certainly recommend it to other groups looking for a spacious place in the mountains of Vermont to relax.

place is PERFECT for a large group

A large group of us (17) spent a three day weekend here and had a great time. Upon arriving the games room was tidy but not clean. The floor, table, and bar was stained with it looks like sugary drinks. I texted the owner Matt and he called me within minutes. Matt was very upset with the cleaning crew and offered to get them back to clean the room immediately. I advised Matt that we had cleaned it ourselves and there was no need. Other than this small issue the place is perfect!! we hope to stay here again next year. Matt is excellent to deal with and I prefered to deal with him over the other owner Colin.

Awesome house

This place was perfect for 16 people. Plenty of beds for everyone and the owners were very accommodating to us. Just minutes away from the mountain and the bars. I would definitely recommend staying here if you are planning to go to Killington!

Fantastic Time!

The house was great. Perfect for large groups. Everyone had an amazing time. The house was clean, directions were straight forward, easy to get to. Matt was a terrific host who answered all of our questions and was always available. The kitchen was fantastic to make breakfast. I can't say enough about how great this place was. Highly recommend!!

Great, Huge House; Close to Everything

I stayed here with a group of 17 adults for a ski weekend and the house worked out perfectly. There were plenty of beds for everyone and there were lots of nice features to the home. The game room area/garage was great because it's completely separate and basically soundproof from the rest of the house, so we didn't have any issues at all with noise for people who wanted to stay up late. The drive to the mountain/bars/restaurants was super quick and convenient and there was plenty of parking in the driveway. The owners were very responsive which we appreciated since we had some questions when we first arrived.

Great Home, Close To Everything

We went up for our annual ski trip with around 20 people. The house fit us all comfortably and everything was top notch. It was close to everything which is a huge bonus when it snows and you're driving around in a Sprinter Van!

Additional travelers insurance for damages above security is required to be purchased by the requester with/prior to the last payment. Rates are subject to change at anytime pending, demand, number of guests, length of stay, and at times upon request.

Additional guest/group size, be upfront to avoid issues! We want you to have fun and don’t want to police the reservations and processes.

At the owners discretion additional fee per night maybe assessed for larger groups, also at the owners discretion an additional fee per night maybe assessed per night for each additional guest exceeding the original total in your reservation maybe applied.

At owners discretion and additional fee maybe applied for overages in average utility/fuel usage after checkout. Propane cost is 3.5$ for each gallon over the average daily usage, which we track down to the gallon with flow rates. Electricity is less of a concern; however a whole house tracking system is in place. To avoid these fees be mindful of the heat settings, especially the garage heat. Turn down thermostats when you’re not in the house, keep 2nd floor bedroom doors open, all fireplace flues closed when not in use, keep exterior doors and storm doors fully closed at all times, make sure windows a properly shut and locked. MAKE SURE THE HOT TUB IS COVERED AND STRAPPED DOWN WHEN NOT IN USE, INCLUDING EXTRA CANVAS COVER TO AVOID TEARING THE INSULATING COVER. If you feel something is wrong notify the owner immediately!

Respect the property as it was your own!!! This house was 100% renovated and in great condition. Overall mountain conditions can be considered upon you inquiry only.
