All effort taken to keep apartment in best condition. This apartment has 3 Bedrooms. Sleeps 6 (up to 10 with 2 double sofa-beds and 2 roll-away beds). 2 Bathrooms with hair dryers. Lounge has 42" LCD TV & Foxtel (Standard Package: sports 1,2&3, skynews, discovery, fox8, cartoon, etc). Master Bedroom has own Foxtel STB with 42" LCD TV. 26" LCD TVs other 2 rooms. All 4 TVs have their own DVD players. Apartment is fully self-contained with laundry, 2x irons, full gourmet kitchen plus kitchenette in master bedroom. Master bedroom is set up as Mini Studio. Privately owned & let. Strictly No Smoking in apartment, please make use of balcony. To keep costs down and make rental cheaper: 7 day bookings are preferred (other time periods will be considered).
